승객이 만석이어서 그런지 음료서비스가 원활하지 않아 식사후 커피를 마실 기회를 못 잡았네요.
Their entertainment service ICE is nice and the quality of flight meals in general is okay.
After misconnection, Emirates provided one-night hotel stay near the airport. I have never seen in my life such a tiny minivan for a lot of passengers to travel to the hotel, which I did not even plan or pay for. They should provide better free services for passengers who accidentally missed the flight due to Emirates' own operation disruption issue. I had to urgently make phone calls instead of using wifi but the hotel said I have to pay 6 dollars per minute. You gotta be kidding. Emirates should know some airline companies even provide free city tour services to passengers.

I do not remember much of goodness in this flight except that one of the crew members was quite helpful in any demands of passengers such as putting luggage up or getting fixed the seat.
I noticed flight attendants were treating African passengers more strictly than others when it comes to the cabin luggage weight and also the passport control. They kept asking me to show the passport whenever we moved on from the boarding gate to another mid-gate and also after taking a shuttle to get to the flight. They checked over and over again and it consumed lots of time. I don't understand why this is necessary since it was my first trip to Africa with Emirates.
