2 hours delay, no backup plan for conncetion

장점: I don’t know. It was hard to think They offer free wifi because my Entertainment of Seat didn’t work at all for 10 hrs.

단점: Flight was 2 hrs delayed, and I had a connection after 2hrs and Half an hour of scheduled arrival: 16:30 pm.They said it happens time to time, especially in winter. The problem is there is no another flight to Zürich after my planned to flight. But I do only have 30 mins. There are 10 more guest who booked a flight to Zürich. The flight arrived early so we could have more time to transfer but Helsinki, we need to access Terminal with Bus. I wish it would be much better that Finnair organized extra Bus for passenger, that should transfer in 20 to 30 mins rather than waiting with all others. And my entertainment didn’t work I had to fly without Entertainment for 10 hrs.
