highly not recommend when somone needs extra luggage
장점: captain informs well every detail about delay
단점: I got connection in Frankfurt and I could send luggage first, because they are partnership airline. However it wasn’t possible to check in from departure. I had extra luggage and on website it says I can add luggage through customer service phone call or at Airport around 150 Euro, but they said they can’t offer for Asiana Airline, although at the beginning they sold this ticket as one product. Why the hell they didn’t inform as well?? that I had to check in seperately etc. I had to pay double. almost 280 Euro without connection ticket. I had to deal with it in Frankfurt(check in seperately) If I didn’t have enough time im frankfurt I might be in really really painful situation because of delay of Lufthansa as well. I won’t never ever buy this connection ticket. (ZRH- Frankfurt, Frankfurt- SEL)
I have been taking flights pretty a lot and it was one of the worst experience and one of flight tickets, which is pretty expensive..!!

항공발권이 되지 않아 두시간이나 지연되었어요.
단점: 카약에서 결제후 보딩패스를 받기 위해 발권을 하는데 창구에서 항공표가 예약이 안되었다고 전산에 뜨지 않는다고 중궁항공사랑 얘기하라고만 하셔서 몇시간동안 엄청 불안하고 불편했습니다. 몇시간 기다린후 결국 베이징에서 부산 보딩패스는 못받고 현지에서 받으라고 하였고, 짐은 따로 확인을 해야 하므로 베이징에서 재 확인하라고 해서 불편했습니다.

수화물 1개가 도착되지 않아서 이틀 뒤에 숙소로 배송받았습니다. 그 과정에서 담당 직원들의 대처가 정확하지 못해 일정에 차질을 빚음.
