The atmosphere and decor are excellent. The staff was very helpful in meeting my needs. Overall, a great stay and experience.. Thank you The elevators need some upgrading. I think they are very slow . I also think that the toilet and shower drains were very slow.

The size of the room was great, the location was easily accessible to the freeway, the complimentary breakfast was gteat, the cocktail hour was nice just maybe needed a better selection of alchohol. The public area could have been cleaner, room service trays would stay in the hallways all day, the elevators were in desperate need of vacuuming. The front desk staff could have been more friendly, upbeat, and helpful. We had a small issue the night before check out, my car battery died. I figured security could give up a jump in the morning ingredients when we checked out. Upon check out I asked if they could and the front desk agent saI'd no, we asked why and the answer was simply we can't. She suggested maybe we ask the valet, so we did and he said no. They had their shuttle vehicle, a big SUV, just sitting up front, I asked if they could use that, the answer was still no. Unfortunately they seemed to be okay with us being stranded in their parking lot. They were zero help, along with the fact they just didn't care.
A truly good hot breakfast. The maids didn't clean/tidy our room for the second nights stay. Also, the pillows are awful. The front desk offered a foam pillow, but it was never delivered! One of the two TVs didn't work correctly and maintenance guy said other rooms were problematic too. The wifi was slow most of the time. Lastly, having to pay $15 per night for parking is ridiculous. I did however get that waived because of all the mentioned room issues.
Good breakfast The Front Office Director is the worst ever, exactly the one who was Duty Manager on 5/23/2015. He is mean to the guests and does everything he can to NOT help them. I would have rated this hotel as average if it was not of this individual who ruined my day with my family.

The manager Mr Kumar was very polite and granted me a early check in after driving 6 hours with the family. He Always greeted me by name. My daughter loved the lake with the duckies. The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn't worth the 15 dollars per person

Friendliness of staff. Room rate is reasonable. Difficult to communicate with cleaning staff. In seeing them on floor, asked them for a trashcan for the bathroom, box of facial tissues, etc and each of them could not understand. Had to ask at front desk for several times to finally get a trashcan. Towels were not replenished completely. For instance, only 1 bath towel would be furnished and face and hand towel would be missing. Suggestion: Have towels, tioletries, etc available upon request in an area behind front desk so housekeeping does not have to make a separate trip to a person's room. It appears time would be saved on part of staff plus one then has to wait until the staff comes by. Unusual and extremely bright night light does not turn off on top of coffee maker. Asked at front desk and a maintenance person was sent up. However, he did not speak English and could not explain or fix the situation. Instead he said I was in an Honor's Member Room. So we draped a towel over it at night to avoid the bright light shining all night long.

Front desk staff was not helpful at all. I had wanted a much quieter room due to another room being worked on. Too noisy ! Will not visit or recommend this particular best western . I have stayed at a best western in Brooklyn New York and they were way more helpful.
The rooms were nice, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, location was easy to find. The breakfast is a bit chaotic. They need a bigger space for that. But the food was good!

The room was amazing! Cozy, yet spacious enough that everyone was comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! Very filling and satisfying.
Decent looking, well maintained property overall. Good value for the money as we were able to get a nice room with a seperate living room space with hide-a-bed sofa and additional TV for $99.00 per night. Room also had mini-fridge, microwave and wet bar sink in the living room space. Bed was quite comfortable as well. Location is ok, about 25 minutes from Laguna Beach. Very generous breakfast buffet included each morning until 10:00 as well. Only negative is that the walls/ceilings are a little thin as there was some noise from adjacent rooms. Not too bad in our particular case but might be bothersome if louder teens or college kids, etc. were rooming next door. Overall I would say four out of five stars:).

All the staff made you feel at home . The entire operation was very well run and the upkeep was fantastic so there really isn't a negative in my opinion .
The guys at the front desk have a back for hospitality and I loved the jokes!! The over all appearance is charming and welcoming. The room is well designed and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service they uphold. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and we had a great view of Disneyland. Could not hear any sound through the walls, the room was quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Elevators from the parking garage take you directly into the hotel right by the front desk and room elevators.
Facilities & ambiance were excellent. Staff was friendly. The pool was overcrowded, so an extra pool would be nice.
the place was clean and very well taken care of. good location. nice rooms, except for (see what i didn't like) i was woken up at 9:00a.m. by some sort of knocking maybe caused by expanding joints or metal or possibly construction occuring in an adjacent rooom. i was in the quient wing so the knocking made it more irritating. it went on from 9:00a.m. for at least two hours. i had arrived early that morning like 1:00a.m. and hope to sleep to about 11:00a.m. but with the knocking that wasn't happening. i had to get up and get ready and leave to avoid the annoyance all together. there are many factors/expectation one has when staying at a hotel. with this particular stay i was hoping for a long and good night's sleep. the hotel failed in that respect. that was the most important aspect of that stay given my arrival time and need of a solid rest before a long drive home. disappointing!

I've stayed at this Hilton before and everything was fine but this time was a disaster. When my boyfriend and I arrived we went to our room to find out we were given a wheel chair accessible room because there was a large convention going on in the hotel and when I called the first time to switch rooms I was met with no solution and no option of switching to a standard king room and was told that I had specifically requested this type of room. So I then went into my emails to check if perhaps I had made a mistake while booking and it was obvious to me that this was there mistake. I then called the front desk again and they then gave me the option of switching to a room with two queen bed which we ended up doing. When we arrived in our next room, with the two queen beds, we turn the lights on in the bathroom there is a HUGE bug on the floor looking like a mix between a cockroach and a grasshopper. I then called the front desk again to tell them what was going on and they said it was normal and they could send someone up to kill the bug...!!!!!! Like what??? So unprofessional. I asked to switch rooms and they said they had nothing available do to a large convention so there we were left in this room which had more than one bug inside. So discusting. On the second night of our four night stay I called again and spoke with a very nice women at the front desk and was able to switch to a standard king room. Overall the staff is so unprofessional, the rooms have bugs and I honestly will never stay here again souly based on the lack of customer service.
Express checkout was available, but you had to fill out a card with your room number and email, so they could send you the final bill. I have yet to receive mine. I left a message and they haven't followed up. Trip ended 11 days ago. I was overcharged for car parking. They should have charged me for only one day, but was charged for four days. Car pooled with friends, they stayed over one day and got their own room the following day.

Clean very well maintained lobby/bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was clean and cozy. Location was good. Shower was horrible. The water was either hot hot or cold cold. U could not get warm water no matter what time of day (morning, late morning or late at night). The ceiling in the shower had peeling paint and drywall (leaving a hole in the ceiling) Room was in need of some updating. Restaurant was way over priced. $16 a day for parking
The way the lobby looked was nice. My boyfriend and I came to the Hilton in Anaheim and stayed for two nights to celebrate his birthday. We have stayed at many hotels around this area because we like to go to Disneyland, and this was by far the WORST hotel I have stayed at, Mediocre looking room, lazy house keepers and horrible service. Also had to keep the a/c running at 65 degrees because if we didn't, our "non-smoking" room will begin to smell like cigarettes. Maybe it was the room next to us that smoked cigs in their room but it was very strong in ours. Upon entering the room, the tv wasn't working, had to call the front desk to send someone up to fix it, said he'd be there in 10-15 min...he shows up almost two hours later. It would've been nice to know he'd be there in 2 hours NOT 15 min. The next morning we leave our room go to breakfast at 7 am expecting that our room will be stocked with new towels and have our bed made...we come back at 4 pm and our room has NOT been replenished no one has came in to clean anything! I call the front desk and he tells me house keeping will be there in 10-15min. 20 min later nothing...I call back and tell them that I just need some towels and finally after waiting 45 min and calling twice I got my 2 towels. The showers were terrible. For starters the shower curtain kept wanting to stick to my legs and I had to place the curtain outside of the tub to prevent that, causing water to spill on the floor but at that point I was already annoyed by this curtain! Then the water took forever to warm up, and it was either SCORCHING HOT or ICE COLD for water temperature. Overall my stay was just very very disappointing. I was expecting more from a Hilton and my boyfriend wasn't happy with it either. I have never been so pissed off to the point where I'd want to write a review like this but this place is really NOT worth the amount of money you'd have to spend. (Btw they try to charge you $5 for a ride to the park when you could just walk right across the street to the Disney shuttles for free lol). I feel that I must emphasize that this place doesn't care about its guests, they just want your money. I'll come back to Anaheim and its other wonderful hotels, but I definitely won't be staying here.
The room was standard but quite clean. It was evident that the room I was staying in had been recently updated, which was nice. This may seem like a small thing but the towels were amazing! Housecleaning staff was great. The concierge was awesome. I was staying at the Marriott across the street for a few days and had to extend my stay so I moved over to the Hilton. The check in took forever. There were 12 people in line when I got there and 1 person working registration. When I left Marriott there were 6 people checking in customers. A manager walked up to check in a pilot, looked at the line of others waiting to be checked in and just walked away when she was finished. When it was my turn to check in my room wasn't ready and the woman checking me in was incredibly rude, for no reason. I left to get something to eat and when I returned a few hours later to get my room keys the next woman at the check in desk rudely told me I was already checked in and reprimanded me for not getting my keys the first time. Quite unpleasant and have no idea why. In contrast, everyone at Marriott was incredibly nice and helpful.
The only pros to this location are the location and the beds. I have never received such poor customer service at a 4 star hotel. My husband and I called around noon day of our reservation to confirm that we wouldn't lose our room and were reserved for a king size bed, we provided our confirmation # and were reassured that our 7pm estimated arrival wouldn't affect anything. Turns out that was a miscommunication. After being placed in a double room directly across from the elevators, we returned to the front desk to rectify the situation. The employee whom helped us was completely lacking in compassion, barely looked at us, and treated us as if our requests were a bother to her. After being told they were fully booked, we then asked that we at least be placed in a quieter area. The 2nd room was directly across from the ice machine and had a rattling AC vent. We then returned down to the front desk, because if you try to call your phone call goes unanswered, and asked to speak to a manager in order to explain our frustrations. He also was not accommodating and treated us unkindly, in fact he harshly told us that that is "what we get" for booking through a third party site. Finally after his departure, the poor employee whom received us that 3rd time, expressed her surprise that he didn't help us and chose to rectify the situation herself placing us in another king size bed room at the end of a hallway. (She had noticed the amount of times we had returned to the front desk). There is no excuse for the miscommunication and levels of customer service we received from this establishment.

The staff was spectacular and accommodating. The room was super clean. We left a little late in there morning on one of our travel days and the cleaning staff still refreshed our room. The value was great, we probably would have paid a little more for a double queen but I'm not sure they were available as this is my first time booking this hotel and honestly i didn't ask
I chose the hotel because it has a pool, hot tub and a good location. I didn't eat the breakfast but I believe it was a typical hotel breakfast. The hotel is pet friendly and there is pretty good green spaces to walk your dog. The hotel is on a small street with several hotels. It is safe and conveniently located off the freeway and near restaurants and shopping in Tustin, Irvine and of course, Santa Ana. The hotel was pretty quiet although I did hear kids screaming at the pool which is located in the center of the hotel. The location is clean but it could use a deep clean such as in the vending machine/laundry room. The room itself was clean and comfortable but could use a facelift.

After paying online for the room, calling to confirm the reservation and check in time, when I irrived and was told of the $75 deposit neded, had to drive to bank and make a deposit before getting sine rest from a 10hr dtive. Why isn't a deposit of nearly 60% of room cost mentioned prior to?
The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have everyday room tidying. All basic necessities and the free wifi was greatly appreciated. Did not like the peanut butter at the breakfast. Very old and hard. Carpets did not seem like they are thoroughly cleaned or steamed often. No safe for valuables.

Room was large and price was less when I paid then when I booked which was a pleasant surprise. For the most part the staff were very kind. I called the front desk around 9:30 pm asking if he could run some scissors up to my room so I could cut something and he said they are here at the desk, so I said okay I'll just come down then I guess, and he hung up on me. I also noticed in the morning they answer with "Good Morning this is Ashley how can I assist you?" and at night they say "front desk". Thought that was a little odd.
We were very happy with our experience at this hotel. We especially enjoyed the free, hot breakfast. Be aware, however, that you must belong to the chain's club (free, but you must sign up) in order to have breakfast free.
Great accommodations for the low price. ALL hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Maids would even speak to you in passing down the hall. FYI, make sure to get a breakfast voucher when you check in! Only ate there for breakfast and it was a great buffet.
Stayed end of Dec. 2007. Great room, bed. Quiet & safe. Only negative comment was that there is only one internet pc available in business center; but there is free connection in your room if u bring a pc. McDonald's is right next door. Easy acces to 405 & airport. Recommended.

My room was run down. The toilet seat was peeling, breakfast was powder eggs everyday for 2 weeks. Hotel food was at best a 2. (Dinner) bartender was friendly. Exercise room was a joke 2 treadmills , one stair climber and one bike.
This hotel offered everything I needed for a short unexpected trip to see my brother. But I had work to do and had to get up early and stay up late and ...you just couldn't get a cup of coffee...other than that...good.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the people were friendly and helpful and courteous. The rooms clean - pool very nice - and the location was great - easy access to several interstates - and it is so near the airport! I would highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed with my wife for 6 days, very good location, nice neighborhood, room is clean and close to rental car booth in nearby hotel. The breafast is excellent, nice staff, the only thing I comment would be the bed mattress feel too soft and not good for guests having back problem. Overall it is a valued hotel I will stay in my next trip to Orange Co..
I actually like the fact that they are renovating. Its always great to see Hotels moving forward with in house improvements. Both my fiancé and I are getting in our late 20s and we look young for our age. I passed by a few staffs on my way to my car and I was noticed and greeted. It's nice to see that the staff do not discriminate against our age group and were courteous and friendly. There are quite a few things that bothered us during our short stay with Clarion. The biggest was the power outage that occurred during the middle of the night. We woke and no electricity was available for hours. I thought it was a great necessity to always have a power generator in case of emergencies like this. Another was the replacement towels that we received the following morning. The towels were not just stained but very dirty along the edges. I am unsure of the reasoning for this but that was very unsanitary. I hope that was a one time thing and that others staying in the hotel did not get the same batch of towels. This was our first stay with Clarion and we are quite a bit disappointed. We hope to have a better stay in case we decide to book again in the future.
We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the clean room and the good service. The stay for one night was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and we would like to stay there again in the future.

It was close to area I needed to be in. The rooms were old. It smelled funny. Our shower was not working. It took 10 minutes for the water to warm up from ice cold to luke warm, then while showering it became extremely hot to ice cold every other second. It was frustrating trying to take a shower.

The location is great. Disneyland, several restaurants and a CVS are all within easy walking distance. The booking website listed "free continental breakfast" as an amenity. It is not free. The hotel charges for breakfast and daily parking. The "free" WiFi was terrible. The room also could have been cleaner; there was still a sock on the floor from a previous occupant.

The hotel was very close to Disneyland Resort and I was able to walk right over to the park, so that was extremely convenient. The price was comparable with other hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly at check in. Parking was not included in the cost of the stay, which at a comparable hotel in the area, it is complimentary. They also charge for their shuttle to the park, where it is complimentary for some nearby hotels. Also, no included breakfast.

I liked that it was clean and the room was pretty nice. It was everything I was hoping for. I had never heard of the this hotel before but it was within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention center and alot cheaper than the Hilton. I was worried as to how it would look, or if it would be clean enough, or worth the money I was paying. But all my fears were put to rest and I enjoyed my stay. I didn't like having to pay for parking at a Hotel I was already paying for but it was par for the course, with all hotels in the area charging similar fees. So no biggie I guess.

There was nothing I liked besides the housekeeper The front manager was not only unhelpful but rude there was no late checkout I had to pay for my remote control and my tv still did not work for the first night and I was still charged after requesting that I be credited because I was unable to use the remote. They finally with a great deal of noise on their part came to my room and fixed the tv. The atmosphere outside scared me I felt like I was unsafe and my belongings in my car and my car itself was unsafe after the first night I just wanted to leave but couldn't get my money back and couldn't afford to go elsewhere. This place in general was dirty, and scary and the employees that run the front end are rude and can barely speak English. I trusted kyack to not have crack hotels on its lists and I was sorely mistaken. I will not make that mistake again!
The room was clean & room service was kind and professional. The "free breakfast" they advertise was just cereal, some hard bagels, white bread and stale mini muffins. NOT happy about that. They don't stock up the rooms with enough towels in the bathrooms.
We saw bad and good reviews, so we were not sure about the place, it said it was remodel and we gave it a shot. And we had a good experience. Rooms look pretty clean and for a good price. The neighborhood is not the best, but we had no problem with anybody inside or outside the motel.
Kitchenette They were as rude and unfriendly and down right cold hearted as it comes.to start it off my mom used her credit card to book room and I gave her cash .the occupants were to be my wife me and 6 year old son.three days into our stay while I was a work my wife and son demagnitized there room key while swimming.manager would not rekey her card and made our small child freeze for four hours while my mom finally got there to get key. Then on check out day I was at work and they denied her a late check out and made them sit outside with all our belongings in the cold I arrived at 1145 to get them and they didn't even need the room it was still uncleaned

Cookies at check in, business center where you can securely print boarding passes and other documents like tickets to attractions for free, right across the street from Dennys and Carl's Jr's if you get hungry. Very comfy beds. Price is a little up there compared to other locations in the area but I rather the hotel environment over motel. Pre check in with the hhonors app was completely useless. They ended up putting my 2 rooms on the complete opposite sides of the hotel instead of next to each other like I asked for.

Staff was very nice. I misplaced my parking pass and they issued me another one without hesitations. Guests should not have to pay for parking, and at such a steep price too. It was the same as amusement park parking.
We were a large group and rented three rooms. The suites were perfect to socialize in after a long day at Disney. The shuttle was frustrating so we ended up walking to and from Disney.
Parking is very convenient. Rooms are very spacious and clean Nothing so far!
The two room Suite was ample room for our family of 6. There were two queens in one room and a foldout sofa bed in the other room. The vanity was separate from te shower/toilet area so we were able to share without too much difficulty. The restaurant offers a hot buffet breakfast for 12. and 7. if you have continental. This was convenient before Disneyland. Shuttle available to the parks for $4.00 a day per person, $1. for kids under 10. Many restaurants within walking distance including Carls JR, Buca Di Beppo. The second floor pool and jacuzzi were also nice.
The staff was wonderful in getting my family"s rooms close together which was great. Restaurant was friendly and food was good but took a long time to get.

Breakfast was fantastic. Pay for parking? I already apid for the room, now I need to pay for my one and only car to use your parking lot? It should be for guests and should be included in my room price. Separate sitting room in this "suite" is a joke. Its a table in the same room as the beds. That is NOT separate.

Drove up from San Diego for a hockey game at Honda Center and stayed here for the night. Couldn't ask for better location. On top of that staff is friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable! Oh and happy hour 5:30-6:30 includes free drinks and appetizers! Awesome!
Breakfast buffet was very beneficial for my family. With four young children it's one of the reasons my wife and I prefer your hotel over others. I wasn't aware that if I used handicapped parking during my entire stay, that I would still get charged a $10 daily fee. That seems very odd considering that any vehicle with a valid handicap placard, can't be towed anyway. You may also want to reconsider the setup of rooms for those who are staying with small children. The Portofinos selling point for me was the bunk beds for the kids and the sliding doors that separate the kids room from the parents room. Please consider adding at least three 2.1 amp USB ports to your rooms. A digitally connected family like mine would greatly benefit if there are various charging points for our phones and tablets.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Very noisy building. Had to sleep with air conditioning on in o Order to try to sleep.
I ENJOYED MY STAY AT AYRES. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, AND I FELT COMFORTABLE THERE. GREAT KITCHENETTE AND LOTS OF SPACE AND WORK FEEL. I WASN'T A FAN OF EXTRA PARKING COSTS NOR THE LONG HALLWAYS, WHICH EVENTUALLY I LEARNED THAT IT WAS QUICKER TO GO IN AND OUT THROUGH THE STAIRS OF ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

The housekeeping staff was very efficient and really tried to accommodated my needs. Having to pay for Wi-Fi (I think it was $12.95 for regular service and $14.95 for high speed). And for parking: $24.00 per nite. I'm guessing this might be the industry standard in this area, but what a shame

The Hotel has a great location and the staff is great. But, it's getting old. The bathrooms are getting run down and broken. Shower heads and drains are broken. Rooms are showing signs of age. For the price, compared to Vegas, they really ought to be updated. The Hotel has been getting away with it because of the convention center and Disneyland being so close that it hasn't affected the capacity. Yet.

The balcony was a cool area. The heating/cooling unit was EXTREMELY loud! The room itself was okay, but to charge guests that are staying at the hotel $25 per night for parking is pretty ridiculous and excessive. Furthermore, this hotel still charges its guests for internet acess!!?? This is the first time I have been charged for WIFI in California is the past 5 years. Get with the times, Marriot. The hotel wasn't that great to begin with.
We were a couple wanting a king size bed, which we reserved and the hotel gave us a room eith two doubles and would not make any accomodations for the fact that they allegedly did not have any king beds. So we opted to go somewhere else.
Great staff! Very eager to help. Great location to Disneyland. Very expensive food. Not suited for families because of the high cost of food. Nice pool. Clean lobby, pool area and dinning areas. Cost $41 to park your car in self parking! This for 1 day & a half of parking! Absurd! $17 for a hamburger that wasn't all that great! All the food was way over priced. Got a New York steak that was soo charred on the outside and way over priced...$55 with NO side dishes, no salad. Rooms smelled terrible! We changed rooms 3 times. The 3 rd room was better, but not by much. Their $150 delux room is a very small box of a room. Very cramped! No bathroom fans either. So when you take a shower, the bathroom fills with moisture to the pint that it's dripping off the walls! And then the moisture fills the main room when you open the bathroom door. No wonder the rooms smell badly!

Great staff nice rooms. The engineer who replaced the air conditioner was awesome did a great job to save us on a hot weekend. The air conditioner broke had to be replaced at 10 o'clock at night. Parking is expensive.
The hotel, staff, location, facilities and basically all needs were very well addressed and made the stay wonderful. I couldn't have found a better place to stay to make the trip to Disneyland a great experience I really have no complaints about any aspect of my stay at the hotel

As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed, It was our hotel choice as newly weds on our honeymoon and Helen the front desk coordinator was great! She bumped our room from standard king to a full suite!! Must I add she also gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine!! This was all unexpected! I would definitely book here again and recommend it! :)
Staff was very courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service. The location was great. Loved taking the shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel. Hotel is well kept. Loved the lobby - spacious. The Starbucks, gift shop and deli. Even thought we felt self parking was expenses we appreciated that the parking was adjacent to the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Orange County and we look forward to staying there again. The mattress' were not comfortable. The pillows looked worn, pretty flat. Housekeeping didn't leave us enough towels on two days. We got confused when we drove up to the hotel and staff (not sure if they were all Valet staff) came to our car and immediately asked us if self park or valet. and began to pull our bags out of the card. We had no idea what we were going to do without checking in first. That was a bit overwhelming. We felt self parking was too expenses.
It was clean, convenient for our conference, room was comfortable, staff and service was above expectations. Hotel food/restaurant/bar was good. Also close to other restaurants.
This is our 4th stay in Hyatt regency orange county this represent how we are loyal to this hotel we just feel like home

I have had a big problem staying there due to the feather pillows. The air system is very dusty with a poor filter. The pillows are full of dust. I had a bad allergic reaction to the dust. The service was very good.
Everything was very good overall and with a few minor issues (mostly personal things) they did a very good job with everything. Room was clean, as well as the bathroom. View was super nice and clear from the 16th floor, south tower. Staff in hotel was courteous and fast. Soap in bathroom was used. TV was pure static. No complimentary breakfast. Valet was sort of rude.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and the employees were very nice. We had 3 different groups of family coming in and the person who checked us in gave us top notch service and was able to let us check-into our rooms early. He even let us have free shuttle tickets for everyone for Disneyland. I definitely will be back. With a group of 12 of us it was much easier to have the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the lobby. it turned out great!
Easy access via shuttle which is convenient. The shuttle/parking should be free for guests... I wouls have given an extra star for the extra value.
The hotel has an amazing staff. The two restaurants are very good and offer really good food unlike most hotel restaurants. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very clean. The hotel has its own shuttle bus going to and from Disney check out is at 1200 am. I paid $170 per night and it was far better than the Fairfield inn by Marriott which is located right across the main entrance to Disney Land. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel!! The prices in the little store of the hotel are somewhat ridiculous but it is a great hotel. Parking is rediculous with $27 per night. One Bus is not enough during peak hours to get guests to park.
The managers reception is poor. It appeared that lots of children travel and the reception was not to theier liking. Popcorn and some kind of crackers. At least, an ice cream fountain would make the children happy. If the children are happy, the parents are happy.
Great location, love the made to order breakfast and the gift shop on site which had Disney gifts on sale Chairs in the room were falling apart, hole in the wall was a horrible patch job with a weird yellow gloss on it that made it look gross. It's a nice looking hotel just not well taken care of

Great facilities. Great breakfast. Great room. Great cocktail hour every afternoon (rude bartender). $15 per night for parking (they didn't mention that when booking). The bartender at the cocktail hour was very rude.
I was so grateful they put out Cold Cucumber water ( also reg and another flavor) on the HOT days. It was refreshing and very Appreciate! I've been staying at this location when I'm in the area and will continue to. The only One thing I could say is the elevator was out... made it hard... but it was fixed by the next day.
