hotel was clean and good price great loctation loved the rooms very cosy
the television it was hard to heat up the room, the shower wets up the whole floor when you go to the toilet
good location for birminghambusiness trip the acoustics from the corridors are poor.
Excellent condition of room, great shower, huge plasma screen at the end of the bed! No windows in the room!!
compact room, comfy bed
Although the room was on the small side it was very comfortable and the room was very clean and just right for an overnight stay. The TV in the room was a bit to big and made your eyes go funny after a while!!
It was very close to the Birmingham Symphony Hall and I was able to walk to and from the venue I was attending. I'm elderly and disabled, and it was very convenient for me. I liked the hotel although I'm not absolutely comfortable with the concept of no windows and relying on air conditioning for ventilation. This might be simply a factor of age, it was my first experience of this type of accommodation. I'd stay there again if I was going to Symphony Hall again.
Very unique hotel, inside in the style of a ship. Very clean, comfy, modern and very friendly staff, great central location for everything.
bed was very comfortable, very conveniant for centre of birmingham.Liked the free papers and fruit at the desk. room was too warm, thought there should be more milk and tea in the room.Bathroom door was hard to close.didnt like that there was nowhere to hang clothes.
Location, internet, breakfest, the building is nice, the reception with stairs are nice, the staff was corteous. Room is too small for the price, no windows, smells dump.
Clean, friendly staff, very good location, free wifi, 5 minute walk from city center Room is very small,Not much room for luggage
Convenient location. Ideal for a night out in the centre of Birmingham. Rooms were pretty basic, but sound enough for what we needed them for.
Proximaty to centre
double beds in thetwin rooms and being allowed to have a smoking room
the size of our room was excellent
hotel room was lovely - good value for money and the breakfast was good.
Jurys have really up the mark in this Hotel,We have stayed before and it gets better every year.
Location despite being far from the railway station What we were charged had nothing to do with both your prices on the internet and nothing to do with the numbers of breakfasts we had. we had to intervene to both. this is the first time we are facing this after hundreds of hotels we visited. we had our room left for the hole day as we woke up one day
Location; bar. 1. Staff ignoring people who were smoking in the non-smoking/eating sections of the hotel. 2. Newspapers having to be collected from reception - I wanted to read in bed. 3. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor because the shower door doesn't fit properly
My visit was good and enjoyed my stay as the location is near the clubs and restaurants and the German Market The fact that the cleaners woke me up three times between 8.30am and 9.30am by entereing my room while I was sleeping
the pizza. screaming kids running about in the corridor.
Location Room size TV did not work Bed too soft
Location and the views from the room (stayed on the 15th floor). Cleanliness of the rooms (althought there was quite alot of dust under the luggage rack in the room) and the hotel in general, it is obviously well looked after. However no newspaper was delivered to my room as requested. Staff are not particularly efficient. At check in, we checked into 2 rooms, one at 1pm and the other at 10pm. Having told the receptionist that we had already checked into a room earlier on in the day she still proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes telling us about breakfast, spa facilities, the gym etc. which we had already heard when we checked into the first room. When we checked into the first room, the receptionsist could not find the booking, even though we tried on numerous occasions to give him our booking conformation with the booking number on it. At breakfast, had eated the rest of our breakfast and were still waiting for 2 fried eggs.
apart from the below mentioned the hotel was amazing and we would recomend it without hesitation to anyone. the front of house staff were very good and helpful. I work in customer service myself and it was nice for someone to 'go the extra mile' for me. we ordered a double room. when we got to the room it was a twin. i approached the recption and the helpful lady told me there were no other double rooms but house keeping would go up and push beds together and re make. when we got back after the night out it had not been done.i asked the same girl in the morning who apologised and compensated me which was a very nice gesture.
Room was spacious and bed comfortable
staff very helpful and friendly, hotel clean and nicely decorated, rooms very nice, good sizeed bathroom
The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the view from the 9th floor. The cleaning staff did not knock before coming into the room. The room was poorly decorated.
We enjoyed the view from our 6th floor room, it was above the traffic so it was very quiet, hotel quiet too even though it was busy, staff were very pleasant and polite. Chair in our room was very wobbley, asked for aioli (on the menu) with our chips but got tartare sauce (in the bar), would have appreciated more pillows.
central and staff very friendly , and rooms very good in every way. no
i liked at how friendly the staff was
Very modern hotel, stylish and very comfortable beds, superb views of the city from the room, and central to all attractions, perfect location for theatre goers
Nice Windows and views to the city non
15 minutes walk from the Centre of Birmigham, clean and comfortable Breakfast far too expensive £8.50 for English breakfast to expensive
Good price and location. Very helpful receptionist
facilities and location gave good value Evening meals could be a lot better. No proper lounge area
Central heating system
All the staff were very helpful and appeared happy to deal with customers /requests nothing
Location Reception staff were unreceptive. Although two rooms were booked, these had to be paid for individually. Morning newspapers were non-existant.
Comfortable atomsphere. I booked a smoking room but did not get one.
The bar area is nice The rooms are jn need of refurbishment - there was a big blackmark above the heater and a crack in the wall near the window!
rooms are basic but very clean, good location on canel side about 30min walk to centre
Close to Birmingham Center Dirty Environment surrounding Hotel Poor Quality Bed Linen Tired decor and TV at an unwatchable height Room was no smoking but had been smoked in (extensive burn marks in bathroom) Laundry next door to room and noisy all night insufficient drinks materials in room
Room was very comfortable, staff very helpful.Good experience. Cuisine choice was limited.
Oriental brasserie was unusual & food was excellent It was a little hard to find
The rooms were not how I imagined from the pictures or describtion
Superb location, very easy to reach by car, 5 mins walking distance between New Street Station and the main shopping centre, and the Symphony Hall, but just far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle if you want time out. About 15 easy minutes walk from the Jewellery Quarter Mattress was a bit lumpy, so didn't get a good night's sleep, however it's the first time that has happened to me when I've stayed here
the wonderful Italian Restaurant across the way!
The location is excellent, convenient for concert hall, theatre, museum, cinema, shops etc and a short walk from the station. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very tired and those facing the road very noisey, better double glazing would help. The meals are expensive but the hotel is close to the canalside bars and restaurants so it is not a problem.
Very convenient to all ameneties. Also a nice relaxed comfortable stay. Will use again.
The location was very convenient Rooms were very hot and the breakfast was so expensive that we went elsewhere
Ideally placed for shopping. Quiet and able to work in my room when required to do so. Room service very good.
How accessible the station, NIA etc were to us Taxi company used by hotel (Falcon)
The warm welcoming and great customer service the room, just about everything. N/A
Nothing stands out - a city centre hotel like any other. Not sepcifically.
warm friendly staff. Value for money. very goood The view overlooked the car park
a clean and tidy hotel, pleasant staff being questioned about breakfast payment, even thou we had pre paid the night before, plus car parking was not clear, and cost more than the advertised £10.00 a day
the staff were very helpful and friendly
Reception and restaurant staff were superb. The hotel design is very good and spacious. The car parking arrangements were poor.
The booking hadn't been confirmed so luckily another room was available.
The location was perfect Was saturday night and till 1am there was a music from a local disco club that you can hear till inside in your room. A bad noise.
Restaurant staff very friendly and attentive.
The stuff was very polite and effective to their duties. The bathroom wasn't immaculately clean.
Easy walk to NIA. Staff always polite & friendly. Nothing
helpful porters at the entrance and the pool.
Wonderful Room Wonderful View Wonderful Spa!
very helpful staff nothing outstanding stood out but it was a very pleasant stay with no problems. too much chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi
Excellent service Nothing
Well appointed and central location However you look at it £170 can get you overnight anywhere
Dining room staff excellent all staff very helpful Telephoned to change from one room to two. This had not happened on checking in. However we were accommodated a room each and next to each other which was great
Late check out at 12.00, which means you can have a lovely lie in Unfortunately the temperature was minus 4 degrees and the hotel is not built for cold weather. The rooms were just at a reasonable temperature for someone that doesn't feel the cold too much. The restaurant and lounge area were very cold and whilst the food was excellent, we left as soon as we had finished eating as it was uncomfortable to sit and enjoy.
Good staff Want to charge you for water bottles in room No batteries in remote control Cheap toilet paper For the price you pay you would think the hotel would get all these little points right!
Excellent facilities Comfortable bed overal good We presumed breakfast and car parking was included in the price as it was the previouse year and cheaper then.
Luxury and modern styling, lovely lobby, restaurant and classy bar, clean and felt quality, professional and smart staff The drunk young italian thug at the bar....... The lack of free satellite tv channels...... Plus the parking that had to be in the NCP around the corner was closed at 11pm when I got back to the hotel!
Although it is located in the centre of Birmingham the hotelrooms were dirty and uncomfortable (old beds, bathroom below standards) Hotel needs compleet renovation
the only thing good about this hotel was the guy that night on the reception he was shaking from the stress ,but we got dealy with ,and then the day after we were un happy again as my room had bee re booked to some one esle and i was sent to a yob hostel to put in polite where i had to share a lift with a skin head gross
The hot bath/shower The facilities are old and out of date. It is a Victorian type of hotel but the maintenance to this standard has not been effected at all. The odour and smells coming out of the rooms are horrible. There is a a need to change the beddings and sheets.
Housekeeping did their best given what they had to work with. No internet in rooms-barely functioning in lobby.
I have nothing good to say about the experience except that the restaurant staff were friendly. It took 300 minutes of queuing to get a key and a further three ascents / further quesuing to get into the room as the magnetic strips did not work. Arrived early to be greeted simply with "You can't check in here" - no welcome or greeting. the most appalling service I have ever experienced in a city centre hotel, and for the price entirely unacceptable. Surly reception staff, overwhelmed by long queues and too few computers. Poor rooms small, dark, - wall paper peeling; paint rubbed off in bathroom
Room was dark and dirty, matted ball of hair on window pane( which faced another room, no natural light) awful room lighting, i asked for more lights and they did nothing to help.shower had no hot water and water poured out from a crack all over the bathroom floor and the t.v did not work unless you fiddled with the exposed wires!! the only reason i stay in this hotel is the location to workplace. This hotel needs a very huge renovation.
Hotel room was tiny, also walls and carpet were dirty. funny smell in hallsway and lift. Bar staff were very rude.
Excellent location - closed to all of the city's attractions, bars, clubs and shops No car park
great location for shopping etc and near station no staff about at breakfast no tables cleared to sit at when one did appear they still did not seem on top of the job. lunchtime in bar was short staffed one person behind bar doing everything not enough seats.
Location, the price I stay here 3 or 4 times a month and there are always niggling complaints; 2 out of my last 3 early morning call requests didn't happen. Heating not turned on in my room until 3rd request; no iron in the ironing room (stolen!) but no offer to pop next door to Debenhams to get one. Location and price, plus a decent breakfast, save the day
Convenience Old and foul smelling
The hotel is nice for business trip.
Traditional comfort with up to date facilities, warm welcoming staff and very good food.
Richard who greated us and checked us out was outstanding. slight damp issue in top corner of bedroom.(not bothered for one night)Bathroom need modernising.
I stayed there several times and always been very happy, however on this occassion I was very dissapointed in the room wasnt what I expected or value for money.
I have stayed at this hotel before and all was as before. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It was of concern to me that the receptionist did not appear to have my booking - it turned out my name had been spelt wrongly. I had asked for non feather pillows due to an allergy. There was a feather pillow in my room, I had to ask for this to be removed and replaced. There were problems with turning on the water for a bath through a shower mixer.
Beautiful hotel, felt right at home. The bed was comfy and the decorating was extroardinary! Nothing!
The location is excellent, right at the heart of prime shopping outlets and 30 meters from all transport. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable.
Nice, clean and comfortable Not that easy to get to in a car.
The hotel was very nice and it is in an excellent location for all the shops. The room was very hot, there was air conditioning but it was very noisy.
Hotel was lovely, comfortable & spacious. Wouldn'tthink twice about staying here again. Room that I was given was not what was advertised or on confirmation, never the less it was very comfortable and served its purpose.
I thought the food was good in the restaurant I booked into the room at 11am but when retruning to the hotel at 6pm was told my room had been taken. An alternative was provided within an hour. However the TV didnt work in the room.
very convienant and nice atmosphere
The staff - friendly, helpful and very gard working. Personally would not classify it as a 4 star hotel - even at the "Bonus" price of £140 it was overpriced. Then to add insult to inhury theres a £13 Car Park fee on top - should be ashamed of yourselves.
The size of the room and comfortable bed. We only stayed one night!
clean and good service
It was close to the things we wanted to see and do. It was also very comfortable.
Great location with parking.Breakfast very good.Staff very attentive. Both lifts were out of order.
Location Service at the front desk was at times very slow.
I would like an invoice to cover ALL of the room costs as I invited a few guests from other companies and I did not get all of the copies back.
location was the only good thing about this hotel, close to restaurants and city centre. room smelt of smoke, supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. towels were dirty, room not clean, could do with redecorating.definitely not worth £70 a night. if you're looking for a good "quality" hotel do not stay here.
The price of the room was reasonable and only a mile away from the city centre (Broad st). Staff were friendly On the coldest night of the year so far our radiator was not working in our room and clearly wasnt working prior to our check in. Excuses were made to leave it 30min but we had already waitied 60mins for it to warm up and no go. Extra blankets were provided when we complained
Double bed was two single beds pushed together with double bed sheet over them and two single bed duvets
staff were really up for helping. rooms were appalling. bed was okay but windows caked absolutely caked with black stuff and in my first room carpets that had tape all over them. In need of refurbishment. downstairs was okay.
Reception staff responded quickly and efficiently to request for an alternative room as room 202 was so cold the bedding felt damp. Upgrade to Room 72 Family Room was generous and it was very warm and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff seemed much more organised and gave better service than evening staff (see below) - although both were very friendly. Poor quality of food in restaurant. Too many staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Order for evening meal wrongly taken. Main course arrived before starter. Then clearly same main course had been reheated to serve (lukewarm) again later. We were not informed on booking that extensive reburshments/decorating taking place - stairs to Room 202 filthy, dust sheets were on carpets to and outside room - hazard - then the room itself was so cold, When asked Reception to do something about it we were initially given an inadequate small fan heater. Upon visiting Reception we were upgraded to better (and warmer) room.
Very pleasant and helpfull staff. Lift problems
The fact that ther disabled car park spaces were blocked by inconsiderate people. They were not pasrked IN the spaces, but in front of them.
we did'nt really have much timeto enjoy evrything like we wanted to use the swimming pool and all the other facilites but there was'nt enough time no
Room nice & clean but unfortunately heating didn't work properly (it was snowing while we were there!) and the TV signal scrambled all the time. The staff were very nice and it was fine for 1 night but probably would have been annying if we'd been staying longer. Health club sounded lovely but didn't have time to use it! Inefficient heating and poor satellite tv reception.
The hotel was very good value, bedroom was clean and I slept very well. The hoitel could do with some updating, but was good for the money we paid. The breakfast was fine for the price, but the mushrooms were the worst I had ever eaten!
comfortable bed poorly trained restuarant manager
accecability to other venues ie, Cadbury world sealife centre town centre etc,
The breakfast was excellent, good choices on the menu Not enough hot water and the shower was definatley not a power shower!
Meal when We arrived and also the Full Breakfast in the morning Thanking you - very enjoyable No
The rooms was of good size, newly decorated to average standard. The hotel was quite noisy, the walls are paper thin with no sound proofing. I think I heard someone roll over and pass wind! We stopped on a Fri night so did expect some noise given its proximity to Broad Street but the cleaner began hoovering the communal reception room at 7AM - not impressed!!
it was exactly where we needed to be in birmingham , across the road from my son. n/a
I'm not sure. Between the excellent English Breakfast, the clean and cozy room, or the very friendly staff. The hotel's description could include a hint that there is a bus station (120) right outside, and also the name of the station
comfort, accessible to facilities
Nothing really Staff were unfriendly, My room was freezing, the window insulation was poor, my bathroom door could not physically close, the TV support hinge was broken,....
Very good location for city centre. Good parking and public transport to city centre excellent It has a very tired appearance in the entrance foyer and stairways. Although it was clean and tidy. Our room was above a noisy bar, and near a function room. We had two poor nights sleep.
영국 호텔답게 방이 크진 않았지만 깨끗하고 모던한 방. 호텔 전체적으로 깔끔한 디자인. 운하에서 걸어서 5분(호텔 길 건너 골목 언덕으로 올라가면 바로 The Mail Box 쇼핑센터), New street station, Bull Ring shopping center에서 10~15분.
Really lovely room, quiet. Breakfast very good and room lovely. Don't be put off by outside of hotel!
Been staying at the hotel for the past 3 years enjoy the localitiy of the hotel, right in the centre if birmingham, not far from the train station. Na
Lovely room, very clean and good facilities. Good vfm especially on nye. Heating was poor - took ages for room to warm up. Tried to use the phone to advise staff but phone went dead - rang hotel number on mobile and left msge but nobody called back.
Breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Room is a bit too small.
comfort, staff, location and breakfast time with a lovely choice of food. This is not actually a complaint - our second morning we had to sit in the lounge bar to eat our breakfast - however, the staff did their best to serve us.
Lovely big bed. Choice of pillows. Bath + shower.spacious room. Great lighting. Big T.V. clean room. 12 o'clock checkout. Lovely meal in restaurant.
The Reception Staff and Room Cleaning were very helpful and friendly. The arrangements for breakfast were terrible. It was very crowded and disorganised and the food wasn't as good as I would expect for such an hotel. The staff seemed to be doing their best under the circumstances.
very clean and friendly, lovely breakfast, will def be using again next year
Near to Birmingham New St Station. Although you offer other pillows, the standard foam pillow was the one in the room, I would have prefered a feather pillow as the standard
All staff were very friendly and helpful. None
the late bar and the variety of the restaurents the cost of the restaurent and the fact that a service charge was put on the bill automatically.....even though it was a self service meal??
We booked the hotel because hotel had a multi-million pound update. Unfortunately we were put in one of old rooms not refurbished. The hotel accommodated us when we explained we booked the hotel on-line because of the refurbishment and we were moved to a more suitable room
Location - Near NEC and Birmingham Airport Rooms tiny with single bed up against wall. No Aircon and advised not to open windows as the Mosquitos will come in. Restaurant expensive for extremely average food.
All staff I came into contact with, the checking- in staff and particularly the concierge staff were excellent, pleasant and extremely helpful. Obviously, as it is near the NEC it was quite crowded and noisy in parts/
Room service was excellent!
leisure facilities, close to nec
the menu choice and the food and service in the restaurant was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable as well. When I was arriving to find the hotel (however it was in the darkness) I felt that there could be better directional signage for the hotel on the surrounding roads.
Our room was booked from 3pm, but there was no twin room ready when we checked in at 4pm, yet they wouldnt allow us a late checkout either, that was unreasonable. Also, food was a v basic bar menu, or a la carte expensive fine dining or the middle option was a buffet which costs £33 per head and was a total rip off. A glass of wine ws £7.95. Do not recommend eating here. Although breakfast was included in our rate, we couldnt pay the £3.50 tray service to have it delivered to our room, we would also have to pay an additional £20 for the breakfast!! I think the website should inform you of this and I think it is unfair.
Everything was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was only about 10 min walk from the nec. The meals were a bit to expensive.
swimming pool the room was a bit shabby -bathroom the guy next door smoked hanging out side the window and there were tab ends all over the flat roof outside It was not as nice as the other 2 stays
Heating did not work very good, only cold air and it was -6 outside.
The service, very good & helpful.
Nice quiet location and friendly staff. Crowded breakfast and run out of food.
Very helpful reception staff as i didn't check in until 1 30 am . Shower did not run out and was slightly blocked .
The hotel was clean, comfortable and warm and good location for the function we was attending. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff, adequate room size and appropriate facilities. Value for money. Carpets, floors and shower looking a little tired and in need of sprucing up. Lighting level and distribution in the room not entirely helpful for working at the desk.
Clean room, comfortable beds, good facilties in room such as tea making and t.v. Quiet area. Good breakfast Breakfast food good but spoilt by cold plates.
secure car park
Although a bit dated, the rooms were relatively pleasant. Downstairs was very neat and tidy. The showers were incredibly small and lacking power.
Friendly staff Lack of hot water available. Rooms far too small.
Clean and pleasant hotel. Good value for money
Staff really friendly without fail.
Great, location, good food, and comfortable quiet room!
Excellent location, high standard of room, comfortable bed, excellent en suite with bath and shower. Breakfast was not very hot and we had to wait until we had nearly finished before coffee was served, but the choice was good. The plates should have been warmed.
the breakfast was fantastic.
The location, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.
very close to town centre
Staff very helpful, nice location. Room was in need of decorative updating, bathroom was scruffy and tired, heater did not work well
Breakfast Room was cold. Staff unable to get fixed so put up with it rather than repack and move.
Large comfortable rooms, well heated and great bed
The breakfast was excellent Excessive car charges £24 sterling for one night was excessive, I presume rooms are going to be updated ...
There was a power cut at the hotel for approx half an hour.
Its easy access to the city and its amenities, like the Mail Box, and canalside. The fact that you had to pay for parking to stay there. Also, there was no hot water at 5 oclock, or in the morning.
staff very efficient , able to check into room early, late check out (1pm) accomodated n/a
Friendly staff, cleanliness of facilities Asked reception to order a taxi and we were not told the venue was within a 10 minute walk....fairly embarrassing when the taxi driver asked for £3.60 fare!!
The hotel was lovely and relaxed. The swimming pool and gym were an added bonus. It was only a ten minute walk to some lovely restaurants and sights. The location was ideal as it was far enough away from the noise of night clubs and bars yet near enough to walk to.
The bar staff was very friendly, ... Our check in was very slow, whilst two other couples got checked in, we were still in the process. Still don't know why.
The decor was outstanding and made our trip to birmingham feel really special
Your staff were welcoming and helpful. It seemed that the comfort of the guests was their top priority. The breakfast was well cooked and there was plenty of it. The room was very comfortable. The room overlooked a car park.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable, i didnt want to get out of bed. there needs to be a bigger/brighter sign on the building as we had trouble locating it.
Stayed one night for a BU Open Day in a family room which was very comfy and had a super bathroom. Friendly, efficient staff. Excellent pool & spa facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed. Fantastic breakfast - set us up for the day trekking around the Uni! For some reason drivers appear unable to park within the clearly parked parking bays - not the hotel's fault, of course, but maybe an occasional check by the hotel and leaflet under the offender's windscreen wiper might help :o)
Friendliness of the staff & spa facilities
Close to NEC and straightforward journey. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food in restaurant and bar expensive
I booked stating that I wanted two rooms adjoining and that I was disabled and requested a ground floor if no lift. When we arrived we were down two flights of stairs round two long corridors before reaching our room. These rooms were not adjoining. I complained and was offered a room on ground floor but my other room was still on the other floor. I had telephoned the night before and confirmed my booking also to confirm adjoining rooms and was assured this would happen. We eventually got adjoining rooms on the following night. The staff were very helpfull but it would have been better without the hassel. The dining room again was poorly staffed. Only one waitress for all of the area. We were served once and then saw no one, we had to go looking for service just for a glass of water. The staff who were on were polite and helpfull. I probaly would use them again for ease of place for visiting Crufts, but would insist on talking to the manager in advance to make sure my requirements were dealt with correctly. My frinds were from the USA and I do not think they would recommend this hotel although often stay in Holiday Inns over there.
Really cheap rooms. A nice place to stay. I would return. Only downside was that were not given an option of a smoking/non smoking room and although I usually don't mind being around smoke the smoking room we were given was very stale. After returning to the room it always took ten minutes to get used to the smell of smoke. I know that cant really be helped too much but a simple air freshener in the room would do the job. Rooms could do with a lick of paint.
Very friendly staff, comfortable, great blackout blinds, very quiet rooms, despite weddings going on. Excellent gym and spa facilities. Good bus service into Birmingham. Drinks and food a bit expensive, went to the nearby Harvester for a nightcap on our second night.
It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel The breakfast experience was a little poor on a quiet Saturday as there was only one staff member on and a lot of things had run out, cooked breakfast, crockery, glasses for juice. Although on a busy Sunday things were much better and almost opposite.
The room was very clean. The check in & check out process was extremely swift. The bar was poorly stocked. The bar menu was not very inspiring.
Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful
