Pretty aged facility...
Great hot breakfast as well as evening reception meal. It was close 5min drive to Disneyland Resort parking. Paying extra for hotel parking, $12/night.
Room was bigger and better equipped than we expected. The convenience of the shuttlebus and availability of early breakfast made it the ideal location for visiting Disney.
Great location, love the made to order breakfast and the gift shop on site which had Disney gifts on sale Chairs in the room were falling apart, hole in the wall was a horrible patch job with a weird yellow gloss on it that made it look gross. It's a nice looking hotel just not well taken care of
Great facilities. Great breakfast. Great room. Great cocktail hour every afternoon (rude bartender). $15 per night for parking (they didn't mention that when booking). The bartender at the cocktail hour was very rude.
The managers reception is poor. It appeared that lots of children travel and the reception was not to theier liking. Popcorn and some kind of crackers. At least, an ice cream fountain would make the children happy. If the children are happy, the parents are happy.
My child loved the lion in the atrium :)
Loved the hot breakfast! Service was excellent! The pillows were uncomfortable.
I was so grateful they put out Cold Cucumber water ( also reg and another flavor) on the HOT days. It was refreshing and very Appreciate! I've been staying at this location when I'm in the area and will continue to. The only One thing I could say is the elevator was out... made it hard... but it was fixed by the next day.
Everything was very good overall and with a few minor issues (mostly personal things) they did a very good job with everything. Room was clean, as well as the bathroom. View was super nice and clear from the 16th floor, south tower. Staff in hotel was courteous and fast. Soap in bathroom was used. TV was pure static. No complimentary breakfast. Valet was sort of rude.
Loved the location, room cleaness, staff was very friendly and bed was confortable. Breakfast buffet was a bit over priced.
The hotel has an amazing staff. The two restaurants are very good and offer really good food unlike most hotel restaurants. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very clean. The hotel has its own shuttle bus going to and from Disney check out is at 1200 am. I paid $170 per night and it was far better than the Fairfield inn by Marriott which is located right across the main entrance to Disney Land. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel!! The prices in the little store of the hotel are somewhat ridiculous but it is a great hotel. Parking is rediculous with $27 per night. One Bus is not enough during peak hours to get guests to park.
This is our 4th stay in Hyatt regency orange county this represent how we are loyal to this hotel we just feel like home
Staff was very courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service. The location was great. Loved taking the shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel. Hotel is well kept. Loved the lobby - spacious. The Starbucks, gift shop and deli. Even thought we felt self parking was expenses we appreciated that the parking was adjacent to the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Orange County and we look forward to staying there again. The mattress' were not comfortable. The pillows looked worn, pretty flat. Housekeeping didn't leave us enough towels on two days. We got confused when we drove up to the hotel and staff (not sure if they were all Valet staff) came to our car and immediately asked us if self park or valet. and began to pull our bags out of the card. We had no idea what we were going to do without checking in first. That was a bit overwhelming. We felt self parking was too expenses.
The hotel lobby was beautiful and the employees were very nice. We had 3 different groups of family coming in and the person who checked us in gave us top notch service and was able to let us check-into our rooms early. He even let us have free shuttle tickets for everyone for Disneyland. I definitely will be back. With a group of 12 of us it was much easier to have the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the lobby. it turned out great!
It was clean, convenient for our conference, room was comfortable, staff and service was above expectations. Hotel food/restaurant/bar was good. Also close to other restaurants.
Easy access via shuttle which is convenient. The shuttle/parking should be free for guests... I wouls have given an extra star for the extra value.
As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed, It was our hotel choice as newly weds on our honeymoon and Helen the front desk coordinator was great! She bumped our room from standard king to a full suite!! Must I add she also gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine!! This was all unexpected! I would definitely book here again and recommend it! :)
What a friendly and service oriented team! Made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
I have had a big problem staying there due to the feather pillows. The air system is very dusty with a poor filter. The pillows are full of dust. I had a bad allergic reaction to the dust. The service was very good.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful!
The bed was very uncomfortable. Room smelled like smoke.
Location My room was next to the elevator and was noisy
We stayed at this hotel when it was only a year or so old and feel it needs an update. It was clean, but felt it was lacking.
Could be more pleasant at front desk during check-in.
I was disappointed that there is no "complimentary breakfast". For the price, you would expect not to have to pay that much for a breakfast. This would prevent me from staying at this hotel again. I would choose one with complimentary breakfast.
Breakfast crew. Excellent. Having to pay for daily parking when the Hampton Inn next door had free parking!!!!!
I like the location of the hotel. it was convenient40 z traveling around easy traveling around the area. In addition, it was near a strip mall and a wide variety of restaurants. I was under the impression that it was a non smoking hotel. I woke up two days in a row with my newborn's hair smelling with the stench of smoke from the comforter. The staff were not friendly. they constantly asked my two ethnic teenagers for their room key each time they entered the hotel. And once they took the key from my son when he was trying to use the vending machine to verify my name on the reservation before returning it back to him. lastly when I was attempting to get the continental breakfast, I learned that you had to pay for the breakfast. For some reason my son and i were picked out randomly amongst an entire crowd of people to be asked for a buffet a ticket.I inform them that I thought it was included being the fact that a majority of hotels I have stayed in have always included continental breakfast. Instead of her explaining to me nicely and in a professional tone, the staff member it loudly and rudely told me" you don't have any money you have to pay to eat here" I was so embarrassed that I just put the food down and walked away. of course I have money to pay for the breakfast if I have money for the hotel duh! She could have kindly informed me that it was not included with the traditional hotels day and that a buffet voucher can be purchased at the front desk or bill to my room. I just found it strange that she picked us out of the entire crowd to ask us.i did not appreciate her loud talking me. I also did not appreciate the other staff members standing around me and my son as if we were going to cause a commotion.amongst a few other things that take too much time to mention, I just decided to come upstairs and pack my bags and leave. I decided to stay at another hotel for the rest of our trip. such a disappointment
Good location, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Parking fee, housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 5:00 p.m.
Nice shower, breakfast, and bed was comfy. The staff was amazing. Several surfaces in the room were sticky so I had to wipe them down with a wet wash cloth before settling in.
Close to facilities such as Disneyland.
Would prefer to have a restaurant or eating options in the hotel.
Staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions. They were out of tickets for Disney but did get us taken care of for shuttle passes. Room was clean and bed felt great after a long day at the park. The provided continental breakfast was good, wish the hours went a little later for it. Had to pay for parking which seems to be an annoying trend that's becoming common with hotels. Just another fee they tack on to a ton of others. Most people who travel have a car when arriving at their hotel-seems unfair to pay to park where you're staying.
Facilities were very clean. The location was very convenient. The shuttle was a quick 5 minute ride to Disneyland. It was about a1 hour drive (with traffic) to Universal Studios. Bed was a little stiff and the pillows were very squishy. If staying for a while and you like to unpack, there's only an armoire.
The location and the complimentary breakfast. there were only 2 elevators. It became very crowded at times. They had women competing in a competition that was not family friendly attire.
Express checkout was available, but you had to fill out a card with your room number and email, so they could send you the final bill. I have yet to receive mine. I left a message and they haven't followed up. Trip ended 11 days ago. I was overcharged for car parking. They should have charged me for only one day, but was charged for four days. Car pooled with friends, they stayed over one day and got their own room the following day.
the place was clean and very well taken care of. good location. nice rooms, except for (see what i didn't like) i was woken up at 9:00a.m. by some sort of knocking maybe caused by expanding joints or metal or possibly construction occuring in an adjacent rooom. i was in the quient wing so the knocking made it more irritating. it went on from 9:00a.m. for at least two hours. i had arrived early that morning like 1:00a.m. and hope to sleep to about 11:00a.m. but with the knocking that wasn't happening. i had to get up and get ready and leave to avoid the annoyance all together. there are many factors/expectation one has when staying at a hotel. with this particular stay i was hoping for a long and good night's sleep. the hotel failed in that respect. that was the most important aspect of that stay given my arrival time and need of a solid rest before a long drive home. disappointing!
The room was standard but quite clean. It was evident that the room I was staying in had been recently updated, which was nice. This may seem like a small thing but the towels were amazing! Housecleaning staff was great. The concierge was awesome. I was staying at the Marriott across the street for a few days and had to extend my stay so I moved over to the Hilton. The check in took forever. There were 12 people in line when I got there and 1 person working registration. When I left Marriott there were 6 people checking in customers. A manager walked up to check in a pilot, looked at the line of others waiting to be checked in and just walked away when she was finished. When it was my turn to check in my room wasn't ready and the woman checking me in was incredibly rude, for no reason. I left to get something to eat and when I returned a few hours later to get my room keys the next woman at the check in desk rudely told me I was already checked in and reprimanded me for not getting my keys the first time. Quite unpleasant and have no idea why. In contrast, everyone at Marriott was incredibly nice and helpful.
The way the lobby looked was nice. My boyfriend and I came to the Hilton in Anaheim and stayed for two nights to celebrate his birthday. We have stayed at many hotels around this area because we like to go to Disneyland, and this was by far the WORST hotel I have stayed at, Mediocre looking room, lazy house keepers and horrible service. Also had to keep the a/c running at 65 degrees because if we didn't, our "non-smoking" room will begin to smell like cigarettes. Maybe it was the room next to us that smoked cigs in their room but it was very strong in ours. Upon entering the room, the tv wasn't working, had to call the front desk to send someone up to fix it, said he'd be there in 10-15 min...he shows up almost two hours later. It would've been nice to know he'd be there in 2 hours NOT 15 min. The next morning we leave our room go to breakfast at 7 am expecting that our room will be stocked with new towels and have our bed made...we come back at 4 pm and our room has NOT been replenished no one has came in to clean anything! I call the front desk and he tells me house keeping will be there in 10-15min. 20 min later nothing...I call back and tell them that I just need some towels and finally after waiting 45 min and calling twice I got my 2 towels. The showers were terrible. For starters the shower curtain kept wanting to stick to my legs and I had to place the curtain outside of the tub to prevent that, causing water to spill on the floor but at that point I was already annoyed by this curtain! Then the water took forever to warm up, and it was either SCORCHING HOT or ICE COLD for water temperature. Overall my stay was just very very disappointing. I was expecting more from a Hilton and my boyfriend wasn't happy with it either. I have never been so pissed off to the point where I'd want to write a review like this but this place is really NOT worth the amount of money you'd have to spend. (Btw they try to charge you $5 for a ride to the park when you could just walk right across the street to the Disney shuttles for free lol). I feel that I must emphasize that this place doesn't care about its guests, they just want your money. I'll come back to Anaheim and its other wonderful hotels, but I definitely won't be staying here.
I've stayed at this Hilton before and everything was fine but this time was a disaster. When my boyfriend and I arrived we went to our room to find out we were given a wheel chair accessible room because there was a large convention going on in the hotel and when I called the first time to switch rooms I was met with no solution and no option of switching to a standard king room and was told that I had specifically requested this type of room. So I then went into my emails to check if perhaps I had made a mistake while booking and it was obvious to me that this was there mistake. I then called the front desk again and they then gave me the option of switching to a room with two queen bed which we ended up doing. When we arrived in our next room, with the two queen beds, we turn the lights on in the bathroom there is a HUGE bug on the floor looking like a mix between a cockroach and a grasshopper. I then called the front desk again to tell them what was going on and they said it was normal and they could send someone up to kill the bug...!!!!!! Like what??? So unprofessional. I asked to switch rooms and they said they had nothing available do to a large convention so there we were left in this room which had more than one bug inside. So discusting. On the second night of our four night stay I called again and spoke with a very nice women at the front desk and was able to switch to a standard king room. Overall the staff is so unprofessional, the rooms have bugs and I honestly will never stay here again souly based on the lack of customer service.
The front desk staff went above and beyond. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service they uphold. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and we had a great view of Disneyland. Could not hear any sound through the walls, the room was quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Elevators from the parking garage take you directly into the hotel right by the front desk and room elevators.
Facilities & ambiance were excellent. Staff was friendly. The pool was overcrowded, so an extra pool would be nice.
Main lobby is nice, toiletries were great quality Front desk staff member was short and rude. Outdated rooms that need a lot of touching up.
Very helpful and friendly staff, specially Mike from security or lost and found. He went above and beyond to help me. so He deserves a very nice paycheck rise. THANK YOU.
AC didn't work in first room. Bathroom size too small vs rest of the room (we had a suite).
The only pros to this location are the location and the beds. I have never received such poor customer service at a 4 star hotel. My husband and I called around noon day of our reservation to confirm that we wouldn't lose our room and were reserved for a king size bed, we provided our confirmation # and were reassured that our 7pm estimated arrival wouldn't affect anything. Turns out that was a miscommunication. After being placed in a double room directly across from the elevators, we returned to the front desk to rectify the situation. The employee whom helped us was completely lacking in compassion, barely looked at us, and treated us as if our requests were a bother to her. After being told they were fully booked, we then asked that we at least be placed in a quieter area. The 2nd room was directly across from the ice machine and had a rattling AC vent. We then returned down to the front desk, because if you try to call your phone call goes unanswered, and asked to speak to a manager in order to explain our frustrations. He also was not accommodating and treated us unkindly, in fact he harshly told us that that is "what we get" for booking through a third party site. Finally after his departure, the poor employee whom received us that 3rd time, expressed her surprise that he didn't help us and chose to rectify the situation herself placing us in another king size bed room at the end of a hallway. (She had noticed the amount of times we had returned to the front desk). There is no excuse for the miscommunication and levels of customer service we received from this establishment.
Clean very well maintained lobby/bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was clean and cozy. Location was good. Shower was horrible. The water was either hot hot or cold cold. U could not get warm water no matter what time of day (morning, late morning or late at night). The ceiling in the shower had peeling paint and drywall (leaving a hole in the ceiling) Room was in need of some updating. Restaurant was way over priced. $16 a day for parking
Room was clean and just as advertised. Front desk Staff was helpful and went above and beyond to send balloons and cookies to our room for my son's birthday. Breakfast was outstanding each morning and the breakfast staff was amazing. The workers never stopped moving- cleaning, replenishing, and even handing out stickers and activity sheets to the kids! Location was great- quick shuttle ride (additional ticket required) right up to the gates of Disneyland.
The 2 room suite is wonderful with a full kitchen. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky both mornings we were there. Spills should be cleaned quickly to avoid this.
Either book a room or the hotel itself, failed to book my room properly. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure out why my reservations were not placed. The hotel desk even had the nerve to tell me to come back in the morning to correct the issue when I pre paid the room. I will never stay at this hotel nor will I ever use book a room.
The rooms were spacious and very nice. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back.
Friendly staff, great room, hi quality linens. Our expectations were met or exceeded at every turn. It was a little far to Disneyland (about 1.5 miles). Convenient shuttle though.
Great room, great value, great location
The AC and staff The room seemed to have nats in the room. Near the bathroom area as well as the beds. There was also a flea when we had gotten in the room that we had to kill. I paid over $600 for a family suite and I will not ever do that here again. It was not worth my money. The bathroom was beyond small. Let alone the sink wasn't in the bathroom so anyone who used it was bond to wake up the people sleeping as there's no door. I could've stayed down the road for a lot less with a much better experience. I will be doing so next time and not returning here.
front desk was professional and courteous. Very helpful and worked in a timely fashion to meet all of your needs. Special shout out to Julio for going above and beyond to help us out. Breakfast with Leo was outstanding. Nothing
Nice rooms, great breakfast buffet, courteous staff, great shuttle service. The waitstaff in the restaurant were top notch, specifically Jose C! Dinner selection was limited, expensive, and average. Parking is $12 per day, which is ridiculous considering the hotel is ~1 hour away from the LAX airport and all but requires renting a car. Carpeting & interior decor felt a little dated.
Room size and layout The entire hotel was soooo hot!!! Air in room never got below 72
Excellent facilities, friendly/helpful staff, spacious rooms, and great location! No microwave in the room. Beds need upgrading.
Rate was reasonable, terrific pool, bar and free computer facilities. Walking distance to disney land.
We celebrated our 40th wedding in July of 2005 with 38 of our family & friends from around the country--our annv date is 8/15/65 but because of conflicts we had it in July--this is our 45th and we celebrate in Oct because of a wedding in Laguana Beach where we stayed in a sister hotel. The traffic is noise is constant
I thought the lobby and the hotel restaurant were fabulous! The restaurant had a wide variety of food all $10 and under. The quality of the food was amazing, aned room service was very affordable. This along with the price of the room made the whole trip a treat! The pool looks very inviting though we didn't have time to enjoy. Our room's air conditioner was a little old and loud, but it did nto disturb us enough to complain.
Location is walking distance to Disneyland. Advertised 24 hour pool was closed without notice on website during our stay. Because this was the main reason I stayed here over other nearby places, I requested a voucher for breakfast, which I was given and appreciated. I was then scolded by staff for taking the wrong, hot breakfast and told that i was only entitled to bread and fruit.
Loved: The pool/hot tub (open 24 hrs), the restaurant K'ya is delicious, the lobby is very nice, the hotel staff were pleasant, there are 2 shuttles that go to Disneyland, our beds were very comfy, overall I feel it was a good value. Hated: The size of the bathroom, they charge $10/day for parking, it's a little too far to walk to the Disneyland entrance, the room was not decorated and looked like it needed to be remodeled (in their defense I think they are in the middle of remodeling but hadn't gotten to the 5th floor yet).
The location was idea and the staff could not be more helpful. A great place to stay and I would highly recommend.
A Very Pleasant Stay . A Good Restaurant . Very Pleasant and helpful Staff.
The restaurant was very good and very inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and the large, flat screen TV was quite nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I believe that my only complaint would be that the (complimentary!) wireless internet signal was a bit spotty. There were a number of times that I was either unable to get a signal or it was so slow that it was unusable.
Our spacious room and hardwood floors. Limited amenities. The parking fees and taxes. 27.00 total with ridiculous fees!
Everything was great Clean rooms, great staff, price was just right, even the food was good ........ unfortunately there was a couple smoking pot at the stairs and the smell went inside our room I don't care if they smoke but I think they shouldn't done were there's young children around....
Friendly staff, walking distance to Disneyland Room quality and cleanliness subpar, basic amenities (rollaway bed, pack and play, wifi beyond limited speed on one day) all required an additional charge. The appeal of the price, location, and attractive online photos quickly dissipated once arriving to our actual room. Better off paying a little more for a premium hotel in the area which ends up being around the same, since they won't nickel and dime you the entire stay.
The online company I used for the reservation didn't get it to the hotel in a timely maner, and therefore check-in was delayed
Courteous, professional, friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Weak wi-fi in the back rooms (10208) section.
Proximity to work location Filthy room, mold, mildew and rot on most wood in room. Window facing major road in shower, thin walls, broken remote, old loud air conditioner, small black bugs under plastic cover on bed, overall unsanitary conditions and loud neighbors.
Location was spot on for Disneyland. I like it even better than the hotels on Harbor for this. Staff was friendly and room and facility were clean. They had a party in the restaurant but we were really pleased it wrapped up before 10 Room was really stale smelling and everything we have smells like that. Bed was really saggy and uncomfortable. broken stuff in the bathroom, Generally needs an update. We were also looking forward to a jacuzzi soak after our run but there wasn't one.
My kids of course loved the pool It did say it was across the street from Disneyland but it was behind the park and was way to far of a walk for my grandfather just to get to entrance.
The room was not clean. With hairs in the shower of previous guests and I found a cockroach inside the room
The ambience is very nice , and a great resort style pool area to recover after a day at Disneyland! Asked for extra towels and never received them
Room was cute, spacious, grounds are beautiful and location is prime. Shower pressure and temperature were fantastic. Room needs updating. While cute, every panel of the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. There was a makeshift cover for the fuse box that was falling off the walls with exposed screws. Windows opened to exterior building walls. There was only 1 nightstand by the bed, no conditioner, shower cap, or tea by the coffee pot. General condition of the furnishings were old and need to be replaced. They overcharged me for parking, normally $20/car/night, and couldn't figure out what the problem was after they had already charged my card on file. Parking is a nightmare and is small and cramped.
Can't beat the location, an easy walk to Downtown Disney/Grand California. Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Nice staff and facilities.
We like this hotel with the reasonable price, location, rooms and staffs We do not like the noise of the kids still run around even at 11PM
nothing. I have requested for non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. This is very bad...... There is no word that I can describe this terrible experience. This was the first time in my life that I was with the bad experience on my travel.
It was close to where we needed to be with family. The carpet was very dirty and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We didn't get much sleep. The people in the halls were loud and we heard a person getting sick, vomiting.
Location My room was dirty my bed sheets had blood on it and when we call front desk they transfer to house cleaning and I told them that I need my beds sheet change and show them that there was blood and they say oh wow maybe it's the house cleaning maid nails
I like the location because it's located very close to everything I wanted to do. Also, my girlfriend house is closed by. It can be very noisy on the weekends. However, I was placed on the top floor so it did not bother me so much The furnitures could be better. They are cracked and dated.
Great area Needs updating
Clean hotel room, friendly staff, closet to Disney only one staff person working the evening we checked in 6/9/15, the tv did not work and the jacuzzi's hot water was not working. although the staff person was very nice, he needed help. our phone calls were never answered to resolve the two issues
Many public spaces and public amenities are pretty good, underground parking is a plus. Bar and restaurant on site with many choices is a plus. Many restaurants around the area is also very nice. Rooms are clean and the size is ok. The facility is too old, funny smell in room.
Location and price. A little grungy in the public areas. The window in my room had no lock, but it was unlikely anyone would have climbed onto my second floor balcony to break in. But still, it should be lockable.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.

It ok. No
Washing machines in 3rd and 4th floors Location is not to far to drive and not to close to walk to and from Disneyland ,shuttle is expensive 3$ per person per trip
We really enjoyed the kitchen. With a family of 7 and vacationing for 7 days, it helped in our overall costs. It would be nice to have a DVD player hooked up to at least one of the tvs.
Our whole family agreed that the breakfast was the best we have had away from home .... I personally liked the little store in the hotel and the room set up Parking!!!!!!!! And the fact that we had to take two different elevators to get to different parts of the hotel
I spended 5 days and I had a great time. Good breakfast, nice lobby, good size rooms, good for family of 6, two queens and a sofabed. I would come back. During my stay they were fixing some of the halls walls and it looked like a mess but I understand that when they finish It's going to be nice and clean.
Walking distance to Disneyland unless you have small children. Hotel and breakfast were great. Upon check in, only one person at desk and not a big variety of TV stations available, Otherwise it was fine.
Bed didn't have a comforter, also it was very hard.
Everything was perfect. I'm a person that has a complaint for everything They didn't have a shuttle to Disneyland
The location was perfect--around the corner from Disneyland. The room was upgraded to a suite, which gave our family of 4 (2 older adults, 1 young adult and 1 teenager) more room to move around in, during the very little time we spent in the room. Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were a plus. Accommodations were basic, breakfast was free but not tasty, and we didn't like the pitch for attending a time share talk.
I liked that it was close enough to walk to the parks. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean The bed was hard very hard! Hard to sleep on . I could hear kids all night running above my room, very loud, the old time air conditioner on the floor was so loud when it came on It would wake us all up! Only one area to get ready in the morning which is in the bathroom , daunting with girls. When we first arrived there were picketers out front, and were there every morning. I asked hotel staff about it and they seemed ok with it. if these things were updated the hotel would be great!
It is a very clean and friendly hotel. I would stay again I didn't like that I couldn't watch the angels game. They only have a few channels you can watch from. They need more options to choose from.
It was very rundown , they're were insects In the bathroom and mouse droppings in cupboard nasty !!! The beds looked like they were 20 years old as well as the linens
Decent stay for a couple days. Very close to Disneyland. Towels were not new and felt scratchy. Beds were comfy. Bedding seemed old as well. Room was spacious. Towels, pillows, overall old feeling to room. TV remote didn't work
Beds were great, very quiet rooms, Rooms were big and the Dorm Fridge and Microwave were just big enough to keep some cold beverages and make some hot snacks. Had a minor issue with the remote for the TV and they totally handled it... Folded up the blankets because I don't like the weight, when they made the bed, they understood and didn't put the blankets on... GREAT!
I liked that I was close to disney land. The front desk lady was really sweet with me. The beds were pretty comfortable and it was a natural hotel stay. I didnt like that there was never any parking late in the night. I also didnt like that there is a 100$ deposit due at the time of stay. Just copy the debit card and that should be good enough. I needed my 100$ in order to spend it on gas and disney.MAKE SURE you know this before you book your hotel. Other than that, meh. The breakfast doesnt contain much either.
I stayed here for 4 nights while on a trip to Disneyland. The facilities were clean and tidy. The employees were friendly and helpful. While I was in the parks my mom stayed at the hotel and utilized the pool and wifi. She liked that the hotel is far enough from the parks, where there was no one at the pool. It was well shaded and in it's own area. She liked the comfort of the hotel. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast could be improved. It was cold cereal, oatmeal, toast, and fruit.
Restaurant Quietness Proximity to the park No free breakfast 14 dollar per day parking charge
very convenient location to convention center room décor is dated, pillows were lumpy/old, breakfast buffet was not good. price for value was high for expensive tradeshow hotel rate
I liked that it was clean and the room was pretty nice. It was everything I was hoping for. I had never heard of the this hotel before but it was within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention center and alot cheaper than the Hilton. I was worried as to how it would look, or if it would be clean enough, or worth the money I was paying. But all my fears were put to rest and I enjoyed my stay. I didn't like having to pay for parking at a Hotel I was already paying for but it was par for the course, with all hotels in the area charging similar fees. So no biggie I guess.
Location is awesome Moved to 3 rooms. All AC vents had mold
Spacious and friendly
The hotel was very close to Disneyland Resort and I was able to walk right over to the park, so that was extremely convenient. The price was comparable with other hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly at check in. Parking was not included in the cost of the stay, which at a comparable hotel in the area, it is complimentary. They also charge for their shuttle to the park, where it is complimentary for some nearby hotels. Also, no included breakfast.
The location is great. Disneyland, several restaurants and a CVS are all within easy walking distance. The booking website listed "free continental breakfast" as an amenity. It is not free. The hotel charges for breakfast and daily parking. The "free" WiFi was terrible. The room also could have been cleaner; there was still a sock on the floor from a previous occupant.
Nicely updated. Having a k-cup coffee maker was nice Front desk was friendly and quick Would have been better if the room had a mini fridge. Maids started vaccumming the hallways at 730-800 every morning not a nice way to wake up. No free breakfast.
Good price for location and proximity to park. Super hot in the hallways.... Room AC worked fine but the hallways need AC.
Price Front desk interaction was very uncomfortable
Disgusting dirty carpets, dirty sink, very uncomfortable bed, shower head not working. Very unfriendly staff. I travel for business every week sometimes to 2 different locations in one week. This by far was the dirtiest hotel with the most uncomfortable bed and the most disgusting bathroom and dirtiest carpet I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here Everything
Location is excellent Wi if on worked for few hours out of my 3 day stay. It was reported on several occasions to no avail.
I liked the location of our room - away from the freeway and pool. It was nice and quiet. I also thought the room was nice and I loved that a microwave, fridge, and safe were included. The front desk staff were very friendly and kindly accommodated my request for a box and packing tape when my daughter and I ran out of luggage space. This is pretty minor, but it was challenging to get extra towels. I wrote a note one day, and left a tip and got two more towels, but the next day there were no extra towels. I requested a couple more at the front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know, but 45 minutes passed and my daughter and I were so tired we couldn't wait any longer so we went to bed. It wasn't the end of the world, but I wish the front desk had had some extra towels they could have given me (since I came in person) since the front desk staff were so helpful for other requests.
No elevators they put my one year daughter and I on The second floor and I had to use a stroller to walk back-and-forth to Disneyland. How was I supposed to get the stroller to the second floor? I asked them to put me on the first floorand the gentleman told me it was too late to get a room on the first floor
Very comfortable. Room was well equipped. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Don't miss the free breakfast! Great place especially for last minute reservations. Only thing we didn't like was the construction area but when it's finished it will probably be a great addition to the hotel.
Small pool, but very nice. Very clean facilities. 10 minute walk to Disney. Inefficiency of front desk. No shuttle transport to Disney. Thin pillows. Surrounding construction.
10-15 min walk to disneyland Ridiculous parking rates, online room rates given by expedia not honored at hotel, incompetent staff, black hair all over bathroom, room smelled like cats, covered walkway balcony's to rooms shook like they were going to fall.
Good breakfast. Walking distance to Disneyland main gate. Price was fair considering I didn't have to pay to park at Disneyland and was able to save money at breakfast by not having to take the kids out to eat. Room was a little on the small side. Did NOT appreciate the hidden "resort fee" of ~$12 that the clerk could not explain to me what it was for!!
I've been here 3-5 years ago . They just recently remodeled and updated they're rooms and faculty. Courteous staff and friendly. If your with a family or looking for an inexpensive budget motel that's slightly better than motel 6 it's the best for your value and definitely close to Disneyland just 0.2 miles away it's 10mins walk. My only complaint is that the rooms are small and when I walked in my room it had a musky old smell. My guess is that it's the AC or the carpet has been previously wet and was not properly dried. Other than that for the location and price it's not that bad. Also it's $10 parking per car use to be free. +Bad musky moldy smell upon walking inside my room +old carpet +parking not free $10 which not too bad b c everyone charges 15-20$
Very clean and closer to disneyland than we have been before Being on the upper floor
The workers were using power tools outside our room at 8 AM
hot breakfast included cleanliness of pool had to pay more local taxes at check-in right next to freeway construction on building next door
There were homeless people eating breakfast in the breakfast room, made us a little uncomfortable
Everything was good
