Pool was dirty & was not clean I was not able to use & that is one of my main requirement for my stay there !
The holiday inn in tuxtla gutierrez, was beautiful, the rooms were big and clean. The ground were well kept, beautiful flowers all around. Definetly would stay there again.
Sunday brunch was fabolous and priced right, location is good, and most of the employees are nice. Asked for botlle of water and never got it, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, very difficult time trying to print boarding pass, front desk lady needs better customer service skills.
The service, which reminds me of the glamour of a lost era. Breakfast buffet was very pricey and it didn't meet my expectations. I was a total rip off.
Arrived and at check-in found my name listed incorrectly on records. My name with someone elses address and credit card number. This happened again two days later at the Holiday Inn Express in Villahermosa. I was double billed on my credit card and the staff was not helpful at all, in fact they seemed clueless as to what the problem was. The same problem occurred upon my return to Tuxtla on Aug. 11th. My name, someone elses credit card info. They called me to the front desk from my room about 30 min after check-in and told me my credit card didn't go through. Duh, I booked the room using an AmEx Card and they had someone elses Mastercard # on my account. Terrible service throughout. Would NOT stay there again.
