The location was perfect for an early flight out of Manchester. The staff was very friendly, which to me is the important part of any hotel stay. The place was clean, but there was a long brown hair on the wall of the shower and a really funky smell in one of the pillows, like mold and sweat. Not pleasant, luckily there were three other pillows available.
no hot water in shower
Liked the style of the hotel. Would love to stay there again Money permitting
Super close to the airport, clean, comforatable. Perfect if you're traveling, otherwise there are better options location wise in Manchester!
Clean quiet beautiful room. Friendly efficient staff .. Best night of sleep in my entire journey
Radisson Blu is well attuned to international travelers from the architecture to the amenities it provides. The ease of accessing the airport made it the perfect pre-flight hotel.
Convenience to the airport terminals and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Car parking was awkward and the prices in the restaurant and bar were very high. We arrived late and there was nothing reasonably priced to eat.
This was the perfect place to stay the night before my flight. Comfortable, clean hotel with perfect airport location.
location room was a bit tired
The service was excellent. We were aided a number of times by Dean, part of your staff. It seemed to need a fresh look. Floors and carpets looked used and old.
Hotel is just a few minutes away by foot from terminal 1 and the railway startion via a covered walkway Irritating that the batteries on the TV remote control were flat and the TV itself was perched on top of the wardrobe, no programme guide available.
Excellent location. Directly connected to the train station and terminals via closed overhead walkway. Expensive restraurant, but it is at the airport and it is in England.
The convenience and friendly staff. nothing
Room was very nice Room service breakfast didn't arrive.
Very good functional room sensibly designed and furnished and warmly welcoming. My wife and I genuinely liked everything.
It is a beautiful hotel, our room was lovely. The decor was very comforting. Our eveing meal was lovely & the staff were friendly.
The best was that the hotel was close to the airport but was not a typical "airport hotel" but an nice and comfortable mansion-type hotel. Restaurant could be better: stiff prices and a very small menue to choose from. Very slow service as well.
We particularly like the exceptionally pleasant helpful staff, We regularly use the hotel prior to flying from the airport, but it is far superior to most airport hotels and gives you the feeling of a comfortable country house hotel., totally divorced from the cattle holding pens in the airport!!!!
superb food in the restaurant, but little choice. Room comfortable but bathroom had noisy plumbing.
Comfortable room, good van service There was no abililty to print out boarding passes. We had to go to another hotel to log in to ba.com so that we could check in on-line.
Comfort, cleanliness and convenience to the airport. Poor dining room service. Long wait to be served. Requested wake-up call was never received.
Clean ,functional. Food ok. Sadly there is not alot of competition in the area.. The newspaper was delivered late - just as I was leaving. Checking out was slow. No offer to help with bags or to be shown to the room
Very good hotel with everything I needed. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! Only bad point is having to pay £5 per night for the car park so make sure you add this into your stay
Just the convience and the comfort.
A severe power cut cause choas for approx 4 hours. The foyer was cold as well as the bar. It was so cold in the morning that even the staff had to wear coats. Because of the quantity of people at the hotel, there was insufficient food available for breakfast.
Clean, efficient, good value. No internet access in room. a free wireless would be useful.
Hotel room very comfortable and clean Evening meal in the restaurant was diabolical. Find somewhere local for your dinner!
Hotel and room suitable for purpose of the stay Dissapointed for thelikes of airport travellers as there was no shuttle bus to and from airport the extra 6 pounds taxi fare each way to the airport made cost of staying less attractive, this extra was not clear on web site.also the quality and value for money in the bistro we thought was very poor.
Staff are very Kind and they wear a warm smile on their face all the time. It is simply designed for comfort, no luxury, no additional pleasure. Just have a good night. One can be sure that they will have a good night in Premier Inn.
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent room with good temperature control, comfortable bed, modern decor Car parking charge £5. Shower curtain not positioned correctly so always wraps around the user, making showering very tiresome.
The hotel staff were unbelievably courteous, helpful and friendly. the restaurant staff were under pressure resulting in delays in serving food.
A Twin Room was booked, but we were put into a Double, no other rooms were free. We did howerver book Twin via the internet.
Very convenient to airport
Ease of nearness to airport, good bus connection.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious with good facilities. Very good value for money all in all. No complaints at all about this hotel
basic yet clean; good breakfast (though not included in room rate) Though it's a hotel "close" to the airport, still need transit (bus) to go between airport and hotel and costs some money
The staff were so very kind and helpful
Friendly staff when sorting out my booking issues and the subsequent charge for rooms booked that I didn't not require
new hotel every were clean, big bedrooms with lcd tv. plenty room to park, good value for money no room service
Staff available late at night at reception. Excellent breakfast.
