Very helpful front-desk staff. Attractive design of the hotel itself. Rooms were very tasteful and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Somewhat distant from the city centre.
room very comfortable and clean. spacious. luxury hotel at good value. the location is a bit far from the city center where stores and restaurants are walking distance. Also a bit removed from the cultural hub of Lisbon with views of the hills and access to the tram.
location staff had a dry attitude
New and very clean, very helpful staff, next to Metro. the bed is very hard. Parking cost 10 euro per 24hrs.
The proffesionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the room
salle de bain, lit, salle de fitness, spa manque de poids dans la salle de musculation
Great staff . Good breakfast.Close to metro, airport shuttle and spotlessly clean.
it is located on a quiet street and provided some anonymity the staff were unobtrusive and polite the lack of information about its facilities for use and the fact that it says the internet facility is for 24 hours timed as per your usage on the website but you are charged for 24 continuous hours whether you use it or not
What I like best was the family room. Actually, it was divided in two room suites but connected with a door. The confort was also remarkable. Despite all the confort and cleanliness of my room, I was very disappointed with the restaurant food. Specially dinner. It was expensive (for Portuguese standards) and not characteristic of the region. They should have "Bacalhau", "Batatas ao Murro", "Sardinhas Assadas", "Pastéis de Nata", etc... The food was very beautiful but frozen inside sometimes (specifically potatoes). However, the breakfast should have more fruits.
I got really surprised with the hotel. Lisbon is a friendly city and the hotel is very well located. I would recommend for everybody.
The helpfulness and attitude of the staff. The hot water in our room was inadequate but this was rectified quite quickly by the staff
it has a good location and a beautifull view
Good service, nice location and very clean room. The hotel is somewhat uphill, so preppare to climb a bit.
We have stayed at Sana Rex almost 20 times in the past five years. We chose it by random the first time we came and never thought of looking for another hotel when we return to Lisbon for a professional project. The staff is friendly, courteous, concerned for our welfare, and extremely loyal to the hotel and to each other. The complimentary buffet breakfast is a terrific way to start the day.Location is wonderful, across the street from lovely Parc Eduardo ., easy walk to Gulbenkian Museum and nice walk down Avenidada Liberdade to Rossio Square. I think they should offer free internet access.
The view from the room over the park was nice, the morning porter and receptionist were both friendly and helpful The night staff we found to be rude and unhelpful, the so called restaurant they advertised only served breakfast and we were led to believe they did dinners etc, after treking around the city and up the very steep hill to the Sana Rex we wanted a well deserved drink in the bar and our bed (hard and uncomforable as it was) the bar shuts at 11pm as however at 10:40pm when we arrived in we asked for a quick drink before heading to bed and were told no the bar is closed - we pointed out the sign suggesting otherwise & the rude man again just dismissed us with a wave and said it's closed. We had booked the romantic package - lovely...shame the rest of our stay was anything but in our cramped room with rock hard beds & flat pillows! Never again!!
The breakfast was above average. Other than one man, the staff was very friendly. Public transportation in the area The hotel is on the top of a good-sized hill. Taking the bus or a taxi is the only way to avoid a big hill climb. The room was small. Fitting an average size person on the toilet met with some challenges.
Comfortable rooms with views from the balcony to the park and Lisbon; bathroom was a bit small but adequate; good buffet breakfast to start the day, great location; taxi rank right outside the hotel, relaxed and quite location and easily accessible to motorway for travelling with a car.
Of course, the setting of the hotel is very good and the standard is very good. no complaints, I would advise the staff to go on 'n english language course.
Quite good location for the reasonable price. The breakfast was tasty enough. Hotel staff was kind with good English. Elevator was very busy and broken for one day. Didn't feel envy for people living i.e. on the 8th floor..
staff really helpful
no Capuccino for breakfast
The Zenit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There are a couple of pastelarias just opposite for an excellent cheap breakfast. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by bus and just 100m from the bus stop at Saldanha (15mins). It is well placed for exploring the city just a short bus ride (from Saldanha) or 20min walk to centre.
parking garage - too small and very difficult tp park
room's comfort, good position
Safe & clean environment There was no parking available.
I have been at the Zenit Lisboa 3 times so far -- never been disappointed. N/A
cleanliness cleaning lady would come in without knocking, walls to thin - could hear people
We had booked only one night and unfortunatly the could not extend but we're helpful in finding another close by.
the room was spacious and clean. The lobby was comfortable, the restaurant excellent, but the top was the breakfast which was kind of an early lunch. Terrific the prices were expressed without VAT. We were surprised to had to pay a higher rate than the one fixed on the internet due to VAT. This was the first time
great location, walking distance to Metro
The location is a couple of KM from where you might like to eat in the evening, but is close to the Metro. Lisbon is basically a spreadout city and the metro is needed to get around. The staff were most helpful at reception. The rooms are servicable, a bit older and smaller than other hotels, but they work. Unfortunatelly we tried the restaurant for dinner. I suggest this be avoided - lack of quality and atmosphere. There are many other great places to eat in Lisbon.
The hotel is pretty centric, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the centre, the rooms are nice and clean, there's no noise to bother you and the price is ok.
Common areas were attractive and well maintained, staff was polite and responsive (especially the doormen, who were super). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very convenient location. The furnishings in the room were tired, especially the carpet.
very comfortable room with a good view over the city Quite a long walk from the city centre: and restaurants bars etc,bar and restaurant prices high especially breakfast
affordable and very nice
The staff were professional and freindly. The rooms were spacious and had a great view over the city. The hotel is close to the centre.
It was in convenient location, and a reasonable price for standard of hotel
I have to say, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Especially the concierge (his dinner recomendations were spot on) and the staff in the bar. Location is a little out of town, but only about 5-6 euro in a taxi. Once you get over the price at the bar (just maybe meet for one before you head out) the hotel is great. Pity there is no pool. The price of the breakfast is daft! There are loads of little cafe's just a few doors up and down the street. The bar is also very expensive, but the staff are very nice and it stops you having a load of late ones!
Room service, cleanliness of the room, courteous and helpful staff. Services offered. Prompt response to my requests. Comfort of room and view., Excellent location. Food. Nothing i did not like
Beautiful location. High quality room furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Good food. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing not to like.
great luxurious hotel at an incredible price! Was truly impressed.
Very generous size room and bath (especially for Europe). Modern, clean, great view and location, and a very friendly staff. The restaurant food was very good and above expectations. No surprise charges on the bill, we had ice delivered to the room and were happy to see there was no charge. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel and at it was a great value. Only negative would be that we hit this hotel in early Novemeber, but the weather was warm for that time of year and the a/c system had been switched for ability to heat not cool. As a result we were not able to lower the room temp as low as we like but it was not intolerable.
This is an excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the service they provided was very prompt. I really liked the location of the hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and is in a lovely area of Lisbon right beside a park.
Very impressed. Breakfast wonderful with so much choice. Bar rather overpriced
breakfast safe box no good, not much TV channels
Excellent rooms, excellent breakfast, good location in nice area, fair rate
friendly intuitive staff, beautifully deigned rooms, good food, good location lack of equipments in the gym
Excellent breakfast. When I requested a view of the castle, the hotel provided us with a room with a wonderful view.
the decor was very well done.... the energy savings exhibited in the corridors is brilliant - lights dim and activate when you open your door. As with many Wuropean hotels, the lighting level in the public spaces is a bit harsh. It would be nice to see the art highlighted with light and other lighting dimmable. Piano Player was lovely and the perfect end to a trip. Smokers... the beds were rock hard and I would definately recommend the hotel but would caution US travelers the firmness of the bed as we are use to US hotels that offer luxury bed experiences.
Clean place to rest Wrong directions to find the parking
The attitude of the staff and the central location It seemed odd that you couldn't go from the top of the hotel to the bottom without changing lifts as they are all public floors.
Breakfast buffet Location
.The ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Due to the contemporary décor.
Close to the airport. The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower. The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, like nowhere else. Thank you very much. Original design and great food (local and Japanese). Spa facilities not working yet (this is brand new hotel).
Great Staff. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Rooms although comfortable were quite basic for 5 star clasification. Breakfast was dreadful, especially at â¬20 per person. Cold, congealed cooked food, no bread left with an hour and a half of service left. Burnt pastry.
Really elegant and cheap
The bar service - excellent Transport difficult to town centre
Excellent hotel. Quality has exceeded expectation. Good atmosphere for rest and work. Good staff in Hotel and especially in restaurant. I like this Hotel and will stay there more.
Clean room, pleasant staff, comfortable bed
Very boring location, rooms are aging, boring and noise isolation poor
Positiv was the free access to the gym and the luggage room. Although new hotel the carpet in the room was very dirty already and there is no effort to clean it proper. We had asked for a wake up call at 5 am and I am glad I did not rely on the hotel as they did not wake us!! The service is lacking behind for a 5 star hotel.
The room was very comfortable. Lobby bar service was not up to standard fo the hotel
The bedroom is modern and equipped with the basic facilities. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is a five minute walk from the metro. The basic double rooms aren't pratical: there are no bed-side tables, no place to hang hand-towels or to place the suitcases. The mini-bar and room-service don't have much to offer. No kettle to boil water for coffee/tea in the bedroom. There is no free internet and no wi-fi at all in the bedroom (we had to take our own cable from the recpetion). The comfort and service provided are far from what is expected from a five-star hotel.
The price of internet connection and the fact of having internet connection only on ground floor, first and second floor. No connection on the bedrooms. All the rest were good.
I normally stay at sana, always comfortable with super comfy beds and good size rooms This time I got bedbugs bites all over forcing me to go to the local urgent care resulting in 3 days out of my trip purpose. Called management and got no reply or follow up. Stay away from room 1001!!!!
Ideally situated for my business purpose. Staff is very friendly and effective. Real value for money.
Clean and modern. Unable to provice the requested room i.e. double non smoking. Had to settle for 2 single beds
Price poor breakfast
I loved the lcd tv on the room, very nice! breakfast is OK, staff is pretty nice the bath had hair in it, the towels were old
it's pretty close from the airport the staff, especially at the front desk, was terrible. There's not much to see near the hotel.
Good location: very close to Lisbon zoo. We have booked a double non-smoking room and were travelling with a 2 year old child. When we arrived, we had a double smoking room allocated. Staff was not receptive initially to the fact that my wife was pregnant and could smell smoke miles away! After a long discussion and another re-location to a tiny twin bedroom, they offered us a double non-smoking bedroom in 12th floor, which had great views.
Everybody was helpfull and efficient, but special thanks to the girls in the counter. Sandra was the best.
It was where the group I was joining was meeting. The staff were very helpful in giving directions on how to get places, getting taxi and such. The buffet breakfast was minimal at best. The mini bar wasn't ever refilled and there was nowhere else in the hotel or environs to get softdrinks or snacks except the very expensive bar.
Loved the price and hospitality! A bit far from the center of Lisboa... Without a car or bike it could be quite a bit of a walk to the beaches and the center of everything.
price, sanitation Thin walls... people next door on last night were drunk and making to much noise... however after telling the reception, they did something about it. 7€ / 24h !!! for parking your car in the garage
Location - closest to the airport, 5 min by taxi. Service was not very friendly nor efficient.
Very comfortable and relaxing hotel, 5 mins from airport & Vasco bridge+ short taxi ride to Lisbon centro No
Excellent if you want to see Sporting game
good restaurant...great food...wonderful staff our room faced the highway and was a little bit too noisy for sleeping really well.
I liked the friendly and helpful service espicially getting us to an early flight by making special arrangements
Night stay for airport
The comfort of the rooms and the possibility to stay in a family room at a good price. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. The reception staff was great, friendly and very service minded. The service in the restaurant was not as good as you should expect from such a nice hotel. The head waiter was not service minded at all when it came to recommendations of food and wines. His staff was much better so at the end we were quite happy with our dinner.
music in the lounge
It was only one night, but we enjoyed it. It's cleaniness and confort.
Excelent Hotel !
comfortable beds. huge selection for breakfast.
to close to airport
the pool and the kind staff That the breakfast room was ind the -1 floor
comfort, health center position, piano bar not working, pay tv not working
Free internet connection (by cable) but you have to bring or buy your own cable ( from the hotel reception € 3,5 ).
the sauna and steam room. The hotel looks good when you get there, but the tv in the room was pretty old,the reception was bad, half the channels they said you got did not work, the free computers did not work.the swimming pool was filthy,i put my hand a few inches under the water and i could no longer see it,the hot tub was out of order, the room service menu was just a bit of paper with a few things on it,4 euro service charge.
As a newly wedded couple visiting from Rome, Lisbon was a very beautiful experience in spite of the rain. What made it even more enjoyable was our stay at the VIP Executive Villa Rica Hotel. The hotel is very nice, they have very friendly staff with good knowledge of English language. The breakfast enriched our experience too. In fact, of the three hotels we stayed in Portugal, this hotel stands out. Keep the good work. Just to mention again that the hotel is located very close to the city centre. The metro station 'Entre Campos' which is like 300m away takes you to the centre in no time...we had fun here...
we chose this hotel as was close to the airport, so it worked for 1 night; for a longer stay one should chose a facility closer to the centre reception of tourists should more more helpful; no one of the hotel staff offered to help us with the luggage
This is a very nice hotel that I could recommend to everybody. It's very close to the metro station with a good connection to the city center. Staff is very helpful. One suggestion concerning swimming pool is that you should take a swimming cap with you. If you don't have one you will have to pay 5 euro.
friendlyness of staff - in espesially the lady who served our floor - very helpsome aso. A separate restroom off the reception
good rooms, good staff
Location was great, right in front of a metro station. Trying to set the shower's temperature was a nightmare. The breakfast's juice is terrible.
reasonably comfortable; quiet neighborhood staff is not really helpful. check out is extremely slow as there was only one inefficient staff there during the rush hours (late morning). No internet service/availability at all.
Hotel was new and modern, great pool, breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable Reception staff were quite inefficient
I would like to thank the hotel staff for being helpful with their service. It happened to be my birthday during the stay and they served the breakfast to the room without any extra charge. The staff at the front desk even said "Happy Birthday" to me. I was impressed by their thoughtfulness about their guests.
Hotel was convenient to the downtown area and historic district. Parking was free. There was no gym or hot tub.
The pool plus the staff were very helpful about connecting rooms and moving the extra bed from 1 room to the other There was a metro strike the day after we arrived. It would have been very helpful if the staff had mentioned this to us on our arrival
The staff were very friendly and heplful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable...we loved the pool and friendly bar service!
Taking additional fee for child 5 years old nevetherless we asked not to place additional bed. Taking all volume of payment with cancellation of 1 night deposit but deposit have not returned to my credit card yet!
Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast no
The meeting facilities are excellent. There is not hotel internet available for which you can get an invoice.
large room, excellent hotel staff
Good as described on the website
This Hotel is more use to deal with groups of tourist s, they will ignore you if you are on your own
15 mins (outside rush hour) by taxi from the airport. A few minutes from Metro Parque which is just a few stops from lots of sightseeing. Very nice hotel. Hotel staff were better than great!
I was booked into the Real Parque but was upgraded to their 5 star sister Hotel the Real Palazzio, as they had over-booked. This was just along the road and was very comfortable in a safe area. I was not charged any more, so don't know how much more expensive this would be, but the hotel was very nice. Lovely breakfast.
We were made very welcome. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent. I wish we could have stayed longer. The members of staff were very helpful and professional.
Very nice hotel overall, well located close to the subway, quiet, very comfortable. Very nice buffet for breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff. We had nothing to complain about.
Very efficient staff. Free internet access in lobby. Printed our boarding cards without charge. Good coffeeshop in basement. Excellent amount of fruit at breakfast.Taxi rank outside the door. Metro two streets away. Very convinient for airport.!0 minutes Euro 10. Wind noise on 10th floor.
Great hotel, close to downtown. Walking or a very quick cab ride to everything. Pretty quiet location with a friendly staff. Very clean inside and a wonderful morning breakfast included. Really enjoyed the stay!
The hotel restaurant & bar has spectacular views overlooking the city The spa facilites and outdoor pool were under construction until sept 07, this was a little frustrating.
Toilet very nice fee for the pool
OK Spa Hammanm a little smelly, fungus? Sometechnical stuff not working
the bad smell from the toilet in the room
room, location, extra charge for swimmingpool of 12,5 € p/p
excellent quality and value n/a
Hotel was extremely relaxed and comfortable. Facilities were excellent.
dinner on top of hotel and bath tub was so nice and big , view of the city tea and coffee set up was not replaced after first day, however we never requested, thinking it will be done
The design and layout of the rooms were very pleasing. Also the food in the restaurant and the views were stunning. The downstairs bar and restaurant was a bit soulless and we were chased up in the lift by a porter who had brought up our bags earlier and wanted a tip.
The staff where very friendly and helpfull Having to pay to sit around the pool, I think this should be included in the price of room.
The location and fast service I arrived 5 minutes late for the breakfast, which ends at 10:30 and the waiter denied to make concession. Too uncondescending and robotic.
Very helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Location slightly out of town but still easy to get around.
It's rated as 3 stars but better than some 4 stars I have been. Highly recommended. Not all rooms are non-smoking.
Good value for money Too hard bad/mattress, quite small bathroom, got a quite noisy street-side room while asked (through web reservation) quiet room; would probably be *** hotel in Germany or England
Nice, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, modern hotel in very convenient location, very luxurious feel compared with other 3 stars - i think this hotel is only not a 4 star due to it having less extra facilities. Man at breakfast was a bit miserable, room was a bit noisy as near lift machinery and some vents of some sort, but neither of these problems were of any real significance.
Nicely located just near the Gulbenkian garden. Quiet area, although we had some unluck with constructions going on outside (not the hotel) first morning. A few minutes walk to the nearest Metro station (inside El Corte Ingles). The one outside (ECI) is under reconstruction for a line connecting to the red and yellow line. So public transport will be much better in 2008. Far enough selections for breakfast, perhaps some fresh fruits and real yoghurt? We stayed at the 8th floor. Reasonably quiet although no sound proof walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Lacked fresh fruit for breakfast otherwise we did not dislike anything about this hotel.
La comida y el trato del personal. La distancia con el centro de la ciudad, esta ubicado en un barrio muy bueno pero muy aburrido.
The fact that metro station was very close, good helpful staff, nice environment, clean and fair spacious rooms, breakfast was quite good Not very close to the center but good transportation
cleanliness, breakfast, location only one computer in the hotel for the use of the travellers
Very comfortable room, excelent breakfast. The person at Reception very rude, unpolite. As leaving at 5.30 am I was not being able to benefit of breakfast, which was included in the room rate. The evening before I asked if in this case there is possible to receive a small pack with a sandwich or something to have breakfast while travelling (from my earlier experience this should have been possible). The boy at Reception said that I should pay 6 Euro or I should have asked I don't know how many hours before. I should mentione the restaurant was open.
Clean modern rooms with enough space for comfort (not enormous but fine). Double glazing and excellent air conditioning, noise no problem at all. Lovely hot strong shower! Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Right across the road from the fab Gulbenkian gardens, musuem, gallery and cafes. Metro and shopping centre close by, 3-4 mins walk, so very easy to get downtown, and the price is much better than downtown hotels. Good choice of bars and restaurants within 2-4 minutes. Some staff very helpful (some less so) Room initially allocated was smoking and a bit tobacco smelly. Fixed the next day though, replacement room was lovley. (If it happens to you, do ask). Be aware the hotel is used by lots of tour groups so can be busy in the reception, breakfast or bar if you happen to coincide with one. We didn't find this a big problem. A couple of hotel staff rather cold and unhelpful - others very friendly and efficient.
very nice staff and a great price for the room provided parking garage quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area
Our stay in the hotel Açores Lisboa was excellent! I will recommend this hotel for my friends! Thank you very much for your kind hospitality!
Nice room, pleasant staff. Bar service slow - lots of help around periodically and then nothing
Would definitely come back
Excellent location (5 metres to the metro station!), polite and really efficient staff, good breakfast, very clean and confortable room. Assolutamente CONSIGLIATO!
Position of the hotel ( near metro, bus, train ), friendly people, clean. Breakfast was not extensive.
close enough to get to downtown lisbon, but far enough to relax. location atmosphere was not very good. no gardens or pool for relaxing atmosphere.
Very close to taxi stand, subway station and bus stop. Clean room, good breakfast, and wify internet access.
The service of the staff, our airco was not working and in 1 hour we had a new room with a good working airco.
Metro just outside Trying to find the entrance by car is impossible, nightmare traffic of course and no hotel signposts unlike all the other hotels!
The location is ideal for all our needs and is consistently good value for money The absurb cost of bar prices and room fridge food and drink
A proper, and simple, expresso was not included in the breakfast (over 1 euro extra charge)
Location near public transport - bus, train to Sintra. Being next door to Pizza Hut. Finding it. Directions need to be much better for a major city hotel. Parking entry/exit under the hotel was one lane only shared by both directions, and bending round 2 corners.
Internet connection is not free
Friendlyness of staff. In the bathroom, the noise of passing water from the room/rooms above.
Quiet in terms of outside noises. Noise for water discharge from bathroom above.
close to everything no
The room was very large, with lots of space, and the extended balcony was magnificent, with wonderful views of the town wall. The bathroom was huge! No BBC World News.
We stayed there for only one night, and we would definitely go back again. The room was impeccably clean, we had a huge private balcony where we could catch some sun, the staff was ready to meet our requirements. It was definitely worth the money. The breakfast was basic, but ok, especially for a 3 star residencial. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was terrible. The air conditioning had a manual (high, medium, low fan) setting, which could be a bit noisy if left all night working.
Everything was good about it and the staff excellent. I thought the breakfast could have had a little more thought into the hot dishes - rather production cooking
Abt 300metres from metro not 100 Din like the breakfast, too boring but for that price cannot really complain
Quiet location, easy access to public transport, good breakfast Staff did not seem happy
The staff were very nice and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location and value for money that there was no tea and coffee making items in the room
Good and quiet location. breakfast was good. roomservice. Needs refurbishing. Iron furniture; not safe for small children: sharp edges and corners everywhere! Not very clean; about 5mm dust on topend furniture of the bed! TV very small. Lot of furniture in a small room.
Paying for a not very reliable internet connection, and the fact paying at all for internet these days is a drawback.
Even if not properly in the centre of the town, it's very close to a metro station ( San Sebastiao, Linea Azul). The staff is very helpfull & the cleaning of the room very good. In the end, everything is fine. To remember also, some good restaurant in the nearby (clube de caca & laurentina).
The room 6AM arrival of some guests with lots of noise.
In general the hotel is ok The breakfast was really horrible. I dont know how they managed to add burning taste to scrambled eggs each and every day. If you cant cook eggs, just boil them! The coffee at the breakfast is another disaster! Hotel needs to work on its breakfast
Location and helpfulness of staff, I also appreciated availability of parking.
Convenient location, close to the Metro. Very clean rooms and very helpful staff, always there to help.
Price and location We had a mini-bus and parking near the hotel was not possible
The location was excellent for what I had in mind and the service was courteous and efficent.
Well-trained, multilingual staff. Good choices for breakfast and the late finish at week-ends! Could do with another chair - possibly a folding chair that can be stowed in the limited space. A kettle and some tea/coffee bags in the room, pl.
Easily reachable by public transport (direct bus from the Airport and a metro station nearby). Breakfast quite OK. Rooms are equipped with older furniture and are overally older.
Most staff helpful and pleasant, but not everyone. Standard large hotel, surrounded by parking lots and other tall buildings. Close to main rail line with noise. Room is stuffy, smells bad. Furniture old. Fridge does not shut. Linen and towels are old. Carpets dirty.
very clean, good prices the breakfast
Lobby shops and swimming pool/fitness area. Excessive noise from the nearby trains, as the window could not close properly, cancelled out the effectiveness of the double glazing.
Location. The breakfast - poor service, tables not cleared, staff too slow.
The location, within the business district and metro nearby. Friendly staff. A hotel of this size should have more lifts. There were only two and waiting time was sometimes a bit long.
Luisa, in the souvenir shop, and Mr. Tavares, the bar tender, too many people in the elevator cue
felt comfortable, clean, attentive staff, near airport food choices for breakfast, tv choices in english, not enough elevators for all the people
The wake up call, they made sure we were up on time to catch our plane The mattress, old and uncomfortable
