Location and views and staff very helpful. We tried 2 rooms they were nice but we found the beds most uncomfortable.Restaurant too small!
the people were nice, very helpful. Located in a quite area.
We very much appreciated the daily servicing of the room; it was clean, fresh bedlinen and fresh towels replaced as indicated. Breakfast was good too, althoug some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. We were disturbed in the middle of the first two nights by a strange light thumping sound. Maybe it was related to the heating.
Proximity to Metro & shops. Innovative efficiency function of bathroom door. Not situated at Central Paris, at a dodgy area. Carpet was wet on arrival day. No shampoo/shower gel on the first night. No cafe facilities. Pricey for what it is. Bathroom door does not latch, hence, door can't be closed.
quiet area, closed to metro, new furnished no rridge at room
nice location - view on canal special the daily rate quoted for a meeting room was exorbitant and included no services
Parking and close to M station Crowd at Breakfast, and the construction of bathroom,The room was actually designed for Handicap travellers, and if you are not one, having problem.
Very nice view, staff polite and informed, speak good english, we could check in before the hour indicated as soon as the room was ready, very close to bus station and metro Shower doors wouldn't close properly causing leakage all around the bathroom
the service was excellent - all the staff very helpful our request for extra towels was ignored
The hotel is located on the Canal and has beautiful water side space. The hotel is modern and comfortable. The check in is at 14:00 hrs so anybody reaching early will not find that convenient. Also Internet is chargeable.
Located close to a tube stop, and a small grocery open until midnight, this hotel makes discovering Paris easy without having to spend a fortune in restaurants. Free Internet. The rooms are a bit worn out, and the kitchen material was not complete. No iron/ironing board in the room.
Hotel staff spoke English which was a help checking in. The hotel is right around the corner from the metro so very convenient for daily excursions. Plenty of cafe's, bread and sandwich shops, and restaurants. The hotel doesn't have A/C so if you stay during the summer just be aware. We visited during November so it wasn't an issue.
good location and nice service no cleaning room
Room was great, clean presentable, had privacy required Noise outside was just too much, should be dealt with
The close grocery store and a few restaurants here and there. Quite clean and homie. The location is a bit far our of the way and the area is not the nicest part of Paris but its not to much of a hassle to get into town.
Close to supermarket The hotel staffs are not very friendly.
The comfort of the room, the proximity of the city center and of shops could be a little bit more clean
If need to have time with a park and let children go to school, I strongly recommend this hotel but if you need to go shopping to Gallary Lafayette or Marne la vallee, you have to change train several times. Not that much, most of all kind but one tall guy urge to utilize one exit of two without reasonable explanation. That time, felt uncomfortable.
Quiet Staying on the ground floor
The room but I can not change the towel everyday!! Roadwork and very hard to find the parking lot!
Free WLAN, clean Room, quiet
Convenience, close to Metro station
Hot water missed in the evening and in the morning
The hotel is in a convenient location in an interesting area with a good mix of people, cafes, bars, cinema, all there, and you can walk along the canal if you want to take a break from the hectic city. The one and only thing I did not like was the small shower with no curtain so I had no choice but make a huge puddle in the bathroom.
The staff were courteous and helpful enough. The room was clean and fairly new. The hotel was located close to a Metro stop. It was fairly easy to access from the airport. The room was small. I would not recommend an extended stay. The neighborhood was also a bit sketchy.
Quiet room in a small hotel. Luggage was stored for free but not secured
Location is perfect, just 100m from metro, close to all other amenities. Rooms small but cousy, just right for good night sleep. Always clean and tudy. Great budget choice, will be staying there again. Nothing obvious
the room was nice & the facilities seemed well cared for Yes. The morning i needed to leave, i went to the front dest to request a cab (i needed to be to the train station in 25 minutes and told the staff person this), then went back to my room to shower and pack, but when i came down to the front dest 10-15 minutes later, there was still no cab. This prompted me to have to walk(run) to the train station and the staff person hasseled me to pay for the cab service that was not available. i refused to pay for a service that was not recieved, and left after returning my room key.
A very nice hotel in a nice area of the 19th arrondissement. You get exactly what you pay for. It was comfortable and convieniently located right next to the metro Jaures. Breakfast is ok, but the coffee isn't great! It is cheaper to have breakfast in a nearby cafe.
Close to a metro station, therefore close to the center of Paris. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very silent. Perhaps, the room for breakfast should be larger. Some people are waiting for a table ...
servis of internet wi fa -
triple room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.
Location, coffee maker, room cleanliness, existence of the parking Hotel staff was not very polite, access to the parking is difficult (one way used for getting in and getting out!)
Very close to metro station, about 1-2mins walk, could also walk to Eurostar terminal if needed. Convenient to all ameneties, able to book at short notice. We went as two couples and our rooms were together which was nice.
Staff was very helpful. They provided anything that we asked. Room was small but clean.
I've seen several budget hotels in Paris. This one is deffinately one I would like to return to if I visit Paris again. Good staff, clean rooms and private parking. The rooms are a bit small but hey, so are the prices.
The hotel Restaurant
The staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The meals we had were of good quality. We appreciate the effort made by your hotel/company to show how customers can minimise their environmental impact during their stay - turning lights off and re-using towels etc. We would struggle to find anything negative about the hotel or the service we recieved. In fact we would be delighted to recommend the hotel and if we visit Paris again would want to stay at the same hotel.
The relative high quality we got for the price we paid. Restaurant was very good as well.
location and parking lack of facilities
I had business in that particular area of Paris, therefore I stayed there. For a short business stay it was fine. The Metro station was just next door and there were many restaurants around.
I found the concierge very informative and helpful. Having access to free internet was very useful. Being so close to the Metro was good. The roadworks going on around rather detracted from the occasion (not the hotel's fault I know). A better selection for people with gluten allergy would have been helpful - particularly the lunch/dinner menu.
Very convenient to Metro (Porte La Villette - line 7) Some Restaurant staff poor in English and therefore ignored us... (for so long we walked out...) Service seemed good for French speakers though.
I only liked the politeness and good nature of the reception staff. Cramped and old rooms. They definitely need refurbishing. Obsolete and old furniture as well as bath equipment. Extremely unstable beds (they would skid with the slightest move) and hard as a rock matresses. Too much noise from the early hours (doors slamming, cleaning trays moving, people talking, public works outside and other undescribable noises) that would make the guest sleep-deprivated !!!
The hotel is a bit pricey for the size of the rooms. We stayed in another hotel for much less and the room was bigger. It is clean and ok, but not for this price. The gentleman on the morning shift was extremely helpful - much appreciated! Thank you.
Friendliness of the staff
Nothing We were thrown out on day of departure at 12.20,although there was no other customer coming.
Hotel De Crimee is situet in a good place from the traveling point, was verry easy to coming or going from this hotel ( Metro and buses near hotel's door ) the rooms very small for 3 persons , for two is enough
location right next to metro; a nice, international part of Paris, extremely clean and quiet, staff very friendly; room was small, but not a problem
Cleaning in the room every day, quiet place, near to the metro station a little bit complicated to go directly to the center of Paris
helpful staff, good location, safe hotel, good room for price. internet facility
We felt that it could have had tea and coffee making facilties
Reasonable value for money for hotel relatvely close to city centre, and plenty of places to eat nearby. OK if you want a short, reasonably priced break with easy access to city Although many eating places nearby, none are of a standard that we wanted to use for a business meeting. Rooms are small. Not suitable as a business hotel.
The staff members were excellent, spoke several languanges, so comunication wasn't a problem. Stayed 5 nights and even thou my bedshit got dirty with some spilled coke, they did not change the bedshits. Also the toilet hairdrayer did not work in the morning. Another thing, the tv did not show any international channel,
The recptionist was very helpful T.V only in room and only three stations in French only
The receptionists are really really kind and helpful, the rooms are cleand every day (with new towels and sheets). We only had a double room but there was a table, chairs, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and an all new flat monitor TV. Our bathroom was perfectly clean and functional as well and it was unusually large for this price. There's a really nice and comfortable lobby in the hotel and two computers with free! internet. The streets are silent in the night. I really have to rack my brain to find something that we didn't like. Maybe that there was no "Don't disturb" table to be put on the door handle.
The streets around the hotel was a little frigthening .
Friendly staff Slightly dodgy area
It was fine. No.
English speaking and friendly staff Room cleanliness
nice and friendly staff; small but clean room; spacious bathroom; although in a busy street, quiet nough; near metro station. no aircondition.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was well cleaned each day. Located very close to convienience shops and metro station. Free internet access was available.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It was a very pleasant stay.
Very close to the metro stop RIQUET, relatively quiet, inexpensive compared with other Parisian hotels with relatively comfortable rooms. Very small rooms!
The staff was kind and very helpful. During the strike they made sure we got to the airport on time and without spending a fortune. They were available at all hours and very friendly. We were surprised at the area it was in...a little less charming than some of the other areas. But we don't have any complaints.
Very close to a metro station. The wifi was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was too small. Not best value for money to stay there.
very friendly people at reception poor room cleaning (depending on personnel)
The hotel is well located near metro and the staff was helpful the toilet is very small, esp the washbasin is not good enough even to wash hands. The hotel only has french channels, they did not have even 1 english channel so could not even catch news of the day.
Very colose of 2 diferent supermarkets, and very close to a metro station The room was too small
OK for the price The walls are to thin I guess, I could here the neighbors at night.
Near to the Metro station The toilet door is not working, the direction is wrong from the Metro station
The location is good, near a subway station and not far from the center. Rooms were very clean. Wifi in the rooms. Nobody speaks English and it is difficult to explain something to the staff. The hotel's street is very very noisy and there is much traffic. Late check in - 14.00
The hotel was near a metro station in an interesting neighbourhood. It looks a bit of a distance from the city centre but only took 20 minutes by metro from the Louvre. The room was clean and bright and modern. The lift didn't work for part of our stay, and the lights on the staircase weren't working, so it was a bit difficult getting up and down five floors in the dark.
Location Brekfast and street noise.
good value for money, small but very clean room - there is everything you need. 5 min from metro, not very far from the center of the city
that the room was renovated and clean the absence of heating, the fact that two of the receptionists didn't speak English so there was a problem in our communication. The fact that when we asked to change rooms due to absence of heating and severe humidity the change took place while we were absent and without our knowledge and authorization. Our personal belongings were moved to a store room and we were trying to find afterwards lost shoes, toothbrushes etc.
the hotel was clean, nice new rooms and good value for money
Room small, clean, 200meters far from Metro station, price OK. A little noisy at night and in the morning.
Our staff person Jean helped us all the time with many crazy, but necessary questions. It was a good place to sleep. The lights went out one night for a few hours and this was disturbing since we were packing.
The restaurant was nice, and had a variety of options to select. Close proximity to public transit (bus, metro, navette) Staff spoke a good amount of English The room was not very spacious. The pitiful size of the room was only emphasized by the bathroom. I say bathroom because it contained a sink, toilet and shower - but it was the size of a closet. In order to enter the shower, the bathroom door must be open. An awkward dance involving three doors just to take a shower. This could have been easily corrected during the most recent remodel (probably in early 2000's) with a solid curved shower door that slides back in towards the shower. (Keep that in mind Ibis, next remodel you should look for those)
Even though it was on main road we could not hear the traffic, room was very comfy and very warm and cosy.reception were very helpfull with directions.will definatly stay there again...
Its great, the room (apartment suit) is huge and beautiful. very close to everywhere we want to visit. -
clean, warm, kitchenette
sightseeing inspite of the transportation strike, we walked for 2 hours to the city to so our shopping
nothing. i will never comeback. the rooms are so small, and there is no difference if you take a double or a superior studio, both are same the only deferance is the price !
The closeness to the Metro station The hotel room was very poor in comfort, looking, not at all like on the pictures.
Close to metro Very Noisy
well equipped kitchen
the facilities in the room, the space available, the discretion of the staff. the location is not the best, quite far form the center and the Metro lines are not easy to find.
Facilities - fridge, microwave, food processor, cooker No airconditioning
Comfort, services parking condition
Nice hotel, good location but not perfect, (Porte de Pantin station) Metro 5 in front of the hotel, easy access to most of visited places by changing 2 or 3 metros take from 20 to 30 min Good Hotel but we expected more from 4 star hotel
environmental is so dirty ,not safty, internet is expensive ,and not convenience,no tea and coffe,
The room was very large and the hotel was very close to the subway station. The door on the lobby won't open during late night. I had to knock on the door for over 3 mins in rainy night.
The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is near the subway station (150 meters) The room wasn't clean, the bathroom was old and in general the room wasn't in good conditions. In my opinion it isn't a 4 stars hotel
Not good hotel and the staff Yes, but you dont help your customer
Price/quality great, hotel is just as good as many other 4 star for half of price. Big room and I got a kingsize bed. Friendly reception, multi-lingual also dutch. Restaurant not so good, light is too bright and food was not so good, but staff was very nice.
We had a large and clean room in the hotel there. It was close to the Metro and easy to get around town from there. My observations relate to the shower where the half section door was inadequate to retain splashing water while showering. As a North American we are not used to paying for internet service and certainly not the rate of 5Euros/ 15 mins. on a euro keyboard which is very different.
The ease of getting around paris from the hotel. The metro is right out side the hotel front doors and on a main line direct into Paris centre.
a bit far from the center, approx 30 min by metro Clean and big rooms
yes, very nice sauna, hannam, jacuzi and gym. Recepcionist very kindly offer to us to leave our baggage in hotel while visiting friends and after sign out from hotel. no, everything was fine
The hotel staff was very helpful, the location was good enough for visiting Paris! The breakfast was very poor, the bathroom wasn't very clean and the wi-fi internet was not working at the 4th floor!
Helpful staff. The room needed to be refurbished and was not very clean. The breakfast was too basic (even for 8 EUROs).
