Large room with a comfy sofa and balcony. Overall good value for money. Location good for us as it wasn't right in the town (which was crowded). Reception staff were a bit off hand and not so helpful.
Its position was very good - just out of town but close enough to walk in. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. As an english person having tea/coffee facilities in the room would be great
Just outside the center . Quiet in the nights
Room was large, well equiped & good bathroom. Reception staff were courteous & helpful. Had read some negative comments about staff but these were unfounded during our stay. Nice indoor seating area with entertainment although we did not watch performances. Very near Benidorm Palace our prime reason for our stay. Good for couples out of season & away from school hols. There was nothing during our stay that was detrimental, although I can imagine that the inner courtyard that acts like an echo chamber could be very noisy & disturbing in busier times.
Spaciousness, cleanliness and aslo out of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The rooms are big and the food is excellent Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms
A good modern hotel with two excellent pools. Room was spacious, Staff very helpful. Buffet food was excellent. No tea/coffee making facilities. Bed a bit hard - very Spanish! No anti-slip ridges in bath - very dangerous.
the food and the amenities
Parking was easy, staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean It had little character because it was so new and the food was very spanish, not a lot of things that fussy english children would eat
the room and the pool good but cant see how it gets 4 stars breakfast ok but the dinner was very poor.. most left it on the plate we went to the cafe next door
Frienly Staff Breakfast bit basic
I liked the spa best. But the staff were not helpful at all. I thought the rooms were basic and too bright. The tv channels were basic. The cleaning staff did not replenish soap, shampoo etc once during my stay. The floors and shower were dirty and hair from the previous occupant was evident. The terrace doors were difficult to lock. The staff at breakfast were surly and rude,so I only ate breakfast twice. i did not risk having further meals in the hotel.
Relaxed by the pool, used the gym almost everyday, it was very well equipted.Enjoyed the walks around Benidorm old town. We thought the hotel dining needed to have more selection, both breakfast and dinner, and the food wasn't always very warm.
Having stayed at the Levante some years ago we were unsure if the previous high standards of the hotel would have diminished in any way, however, we were re-assured to find that standards remained at the highest level and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Probably a little more selection in the dining area, especially at breakfast time and for vegetarians in general
There was a lot of things for the children, arcades, big pool, small pool, spa, nice bars, good food, well organised and well run hotel. The staff would do anything to assist you. No, we have stayed at many hotels in benidorm and this was the best all round.
It was very nice , nice room clean plenty of extras in the room very convenant for eating and intertainment, very happy with our stay at this hotel It would have been nice if we had coffee and tea making facilities in the room, also we found that the food wasent very hot that is breakfast, the facilities diddent keep the food warm enough, we had to warm it in the micro wave
Very clean and fresh looking. Not as much choice on the menu as most hotels we have stayed at, especially no black pudding for breakfast.
I was there for work and holiday, it was my girlfriends first time in Spain and we both had a great time. My girlfriend only drinks one hot drink and that is lemon tea which she brought with her as you do not supply it, but she was not allowed to use it within the hotel!!!!! therefore she onle had cold drinks for the whole of her stay which was not good!
I wasn't there long enough to answer. No handicapped room or facilities ? In this day and age you should be ashamed. Benidorm is full of handicapped visitors over 60 yrs.How do you get away with it ?
Everything was absolutely perfect only one minor criticism is that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
location opposite Benidorm Palace
reception staff were exallent, dining waitresses hard working and lots of smiles, brilleant. Bar staff needs changing or given lessons on customer service.Every meal very cold, no vegetarian choice. We stayed for three nights and my wife lived on pasta salad and chips. Every dish should be labled up suitable for vegetarians. No wifi we live and work in spain long queues at bar no mater how many staff on. Allways had to go back into the bar simply to ask for ashtray, never any on tables outsid and seldon inside.
decor and cleanliness of the rooms and excellent value for money
fully inclusive, good friendly staff, wine selection and food choice good, swimming pool area kept clean and tidy. bed was to hard for me!!
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant had great selection of food catering for all ages and tastes. No tea or coffee availabe for own use in bedroom.
Very good family hotel, with things for all the family When booking this hotel, we clicked on the wrong icon and ended up paying extra £30. the family room was for 2 adults and 1 child age 7, but we paid for 3 adults. is there anything you can do to arrange a refund on this please
All of it, food, entertainment, Staff
Staff was very accomodating. Enough food and drinks for all and very entertaining for children and teenagers.
Rooms were large and kept clean. Buckets and towels everywhere due to leaking roof. Like a cattle market at Xmas. Xmas Eve no cocktail evening. Xmas Day restaurant run like a canteen. No Xmas music. Run out of food on second sitting. Absolutely no Xmas feeling at all. Overall the food was repetitive. I would not recommend staying there for Xmas if you don't have children. Coffee and drinks were awful, we paid for brand names. Overall impression was that of a Butlins Camp.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful the cleanliness exceptional. We were allocated room 217 on arrival the smell from the bathroom was so bad it was a health hazard. We were allocated another room the next day without argument i think the staff are aware of this problem and in my opinion the room should be closed.
food was very good but alcohol drinks were watered down but still acceptable although i would not class as a four star top cover on bed was grubby and for a four star found this unacceptable but was good value for money
I liked the open space in the lobby hall & the room was of a decent size I was v.impressed with the food, I went B&B & thought there was not enough variety & the long queues for hot food between 9am on wards. For the size of the hotel the pool area was too small & crowed perticular for high season
The fact that it was all inclusive and the weekend was a very econonmical due to the price we paid
This is the 2nd weekend break at this hotel and we have no complaints what so ever. great hotel with excellent staff and food choice.
Comfortable clean rooms, plenty going on more suited to families than singles. The lifts were far too slow and the dining room arrangement is awful. If you are a club member you walk in but if you did not book under this arrangement you have to queue for every meal like a load of cattle.
