Minimalistic and Modern Comfort
Rooms, breakfast and internet were as good as expected. Breakfast does not have toó many options but it has enough. I had to use room service one night and had to call twice since after 1 hour I had not received the food I had requested. 30mins later I got my sandwich with no napkins, no ketchup, no mustard, the glass with ice so melted that it looked like a glass of water.
The hotel has beautiful large suites - the interior has a very clean look. The bedrooms are very quiet; ideal for a good deep sleep. Location is perfect for business travellers. The check out process took a little too long. Internet service seems not to support VPN network.
Restaurants that This hotel has, modern New hotel, nice view from the room Yes, I had to call about five or six times for an extra pillow and for someone to pick up the room service tray
Very new, very well designed and great bed. Only that it was in santa fe, but that's not the hotels fault. Very corporate area, very different from the rest of Df.
the design is lovely, view is spectacular, bed was excellent. great taste in the details there were not enough electric plugs, an the bath tub was stained , a little clr and that was solved.. it lacks of proper care, you can tell in the details. toilet is not in the same room as the shower... the receptionist had attitude.
I stayed here for a weekend suffice to say that in the hall some one threw up - literally and it was not cleaned for quite a while. I had to call and let them know and even afterward the stuff stayed there They allowed a party on my floor and had to call 5 times before anyone would try to solve the issue. Waited for an hour for an answer and I had to ask for a change of room to which I was told to perhaps wait until the party was over. The elevators were filthy, like a garbage can and no one cleaned it up either. Even a best western is better than this. I asked fo a refund and was told they could give me 15 dollars. To which i said it was a joke. The worst hotel ever.
Imagine the Four Seasons meets luxury camping on the most gorgeous tropical islands imaginable. It's like staying at your rich uncles private island. The food is excellent, the diving is great, there are lovely trails through the forests. We especially liked the kayaking and the massages. This is not the place for folks who do not have a sense of adventure. If you must wear Gucci loafers and can not live without air conditioning this place is not for you.
